Only taking bookings for July, August, and Sept 2026. 4-night min. Month to month. Stay comfortably in Sun City at this gorgeous remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath home. Two queen beds provide plenty of space for a restful night. The house features two bathrooms, each with a refreshing shower and a hair dryer for convenience. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have their own bathrooms. Two living room areas. The third bedroom serves as an office. Guests can enjoy a serene atmosphere with air conditioning and heating to keep the temperature just right. An iron is also available to keep your clothes looking sharp. This awesome home offers a perfect blend of comfort and style for your getaway. The third bedroom is used as an office. Two-car garage and parking for two cars in the driveway. We hope you enjoy what our place and Sun City have to offer. Private block fenced backyard. Screened in back patio. We are only taking bookings for July, August, and Sept 2026. The $1,600 special offer is only available for July and August 2026.
