This fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with sun-room, 2 car garage, and spacious laundry room with washer/dryer and wash basin, with additional sleeping space, is available to you. The house has been updated with new flooring (tile), painted walls, ceilings, and doors, as well as new window blinds, and new ceiling fans. This house sits on an over-sized, quiet, corner lot and has a large covered patio with outdoor furniture and a propane BBQ grill. This house also comes fully furnished with a king size bed in the master and full size bed in the spacious guest room, and both rooms have walk-in closets. The kitchen is fully loaded with all your needs, including refrigerator, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, toaster oven, crock pot, coffee maker, and much much more. This home also has a two-car garage . The bar area has all your bar-ware needs(except the alcohol). This relaxing home is ready for you with central a/c and heating. Your stay includes flat-panel televisions, cable, high-speed internet, water, trash service, and electricity. A gas golf cart ready for the street, or course, is available for a nominal fee.

We’ve stayed here multiple times. Great area for morning walks! Comfortable home with everything we’ve ever needed. The Host is wonderful! So glad we found this place when we needed a place to stay when visiting my elderly parents. Highly recommend this home.

This was our first venture using VRBO. Kim was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. The house was very comfortable, well provisioned, and clean. We visit about four times each year and would definitely book this home again.

Great place in Sun City

Very nice and in a terrific neighbor. It is just as advertised with pictures being accurate !! The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable! There was a reclining chair in the living room which was perfect for my wife’s back as she was getting treated at the Core Clinic(reason for our stay). Would definitely consider staying here again

Sun City Visit

This house was perfect for our visit to Sun City to visit my in-laws at neighboring Royal Oaks. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio while watching all the bird and bunny activity. Kim was wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay here on future visits.

Great Place for a 10 Day Stay

We come to Arizona each year for ten days to golf and visit a multitude of friends. This is the second year we've stayed in this house. It's conveniently located to Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise, and the golf courses we frequent. The house is great for our three person group (husband/wife and one friend).

Perfect sunshine

Absolutely loved the stay. We were blessed with surprisingly warm January weather. The home is quite comfortable, and the neighborhood is VERY quiet. We walked a couple miles each morning (cool temperatures). The use of the golf cart is very helpful for getting around. Great owner to work with.

Great getaway

This was the cleanest VRBO we have ever had, and we have used VRBO many times. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. The only surprise was that there was no dishwasher, but we managed just fine. We hope to use them again in the future.

We had a wonderful time staying here. This house is very conveniently close to everything. If I could say one thing, it would be that after a couple of nights, I ended up sleeping on the comfortable couch in the living room. The king sized bed was much too soft for my back. Otherwise everything was AWESOME!!
