Spacious and sunny apartment in the beautiful and traditional Tabacalera neighborhood, perfect for medium- and long-term stays while you work, study, or visit Mexico City. Just a short walk from the historic center, the Bellas Artes museum, La Alameda Park, and the Monument to the Revolution. A few blocks from several major transit lines.
A three-minute walk from the Hidalgo Metro station (Rosales entrance) – Blue Line (2); a ten-minute walk from the Juárez Metro station – Green Line (3); nine blocks from Insurgentes Avenue; three blocks from México-Tenochtitlán / Hidalgo Avenue; one block from Reforma Avenue; and a three-minute walk from the El Caballito Metrobús station.
Access to the building is via a digital keypad, and the apartment is located on the ground floor. It includes a private bedroom with a double bed, a TV, two private outdoor spaces, and a queen-size sofa bed, and it comes fully furnished and equipped.

This is one of the most traditional, historic, and super central neighborhoods the City has to offer. Close to the hustle and bustle of the most popular areas, but tucked away behind the landmark building: Lotería Nacional. Just off of Reforma avenue.
What makes this property unique
Excellent location, within walking distance to many popular sites, neighborhoods, and extremely well connected to most forms of transportation. The apartment is quiet, has plenty of natural light, and two private outdoor spaces for you to enjoy.
