Modern & Stylish 2 Bedroom Apt. Near Reforma

Our spacious 2 bedroom apartment is luxurious & comfortable with modern furniture & sleek design. Its location is ideal for sightseeing and working since it´s only 1 block away from the Angel of Independence on Reforma Ave. and with a great variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, cinemas & parks.

Our two bedroom and two full bathroom minimalist apartment is fully furnished; with new hardwood floors, frosted glass windows, and recently painted. The master bedroom has a new queen size bed, a spacious walk-through closet, and a private bathroom with shower/tub. The second bedroom has a full bed and a spacious closet. The elegant and clean second bathroom is right outside the bedroom. The living room and dining room are loft-like making it very spacious and perfect place for relaxing and entertaining. The contemporary design décor provides a clean and elegant ambiance. The large and brightly lit kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and other small appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is another dinning room off that can be used as an office or a studio.


Other convenient amenities include; ipod station, flat screen TV and DVD player, and wireless internet service. Beside the kitchen are a handy storage room and a small balcony with a washing machine.

Included with the cost of the apartment is a weekly cleaning service.

There is EXCELLENT public transportation readily available from our place which includes city-sponsored bicycles, subway, metrobus, and safe taxis that are . This is a great area to bicycle to work or for fun. Free bicycles and well located bike lanes are all around Ave. Reforma. On Sundays Reforma Avenue is closed to cars to allow for pedestrians, runners and bicyclers.

Unfortunately our place is not child appropriate due to all glass and sharp edges in the tables and boudoirs. If you have small children, please check with us before booking.

The unit was spacious, well equipped, comfortable and clean. Location was terrific with lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Short walk to Reforma Ave and then bus to historic centre. Frosting on all windows takes a little getting used to but you can open them if you like. Host was responsive. Would certainly stay there again.

This spacious 2 bedroom was located just a few blocks off reforma and the Angel of Independence, allowing easy access to both the metro, and hop on, hop off. Perfect spot to relax in the heart of city

My stay was so pleasant, I was really impressed by the communication we had with the hosts. The area is perfect, safe, clean, the uber was like 5 min away every time we needed them. The place has plenty space for you to feel like at home, no extreme noises, so peaceful, the experience was a 10/10. We are definitely coming back.

The apartment was very clean and pretty to look at. After spending time discovering our little neighborhood, on tours or in Mexico City for the day; it felt like coming home. The hosts were very responsive to any question, issues and even went as far as assisting us with identifying someplace to get medical care. It’s in an area that has lots of restaurants and cafes and you just have to walk around the corner to eat or drink. It feels very safe. The Mexican people are very friendly and helpful.

Just about excellent

This was a great place to stay for the month. The only draw back for us was no out door space. It sad a small balcony, but really it is where you do the laundry. It is a great location. A bit noisy on karaoke nights. But really they stopped at a reasonable hour. The apt.is spacious and clean. Everyone was responsive to our needs. I can highly recommend this place.

Safe & Clean Central Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The check-in process was seamless, and Marco the administrator was especially friendly and helpful. The neighborhood has plenty of eateries & businesses around and is only about 2 blocks away from the Angel of Independence, the metro, and is a great location to pick-up an Uber. There is no A/C unit, so I'm not sure I would recommend this for the summer, but plenty of fans are available & it made our mid-November stay very comfortable. I would definitely stay again, and look forward to revisiting CDMX!

Great location & awesome service

Manager met us in person at 9 pm. Showed us everything about the apartment. Then, he came to check us out as planned. Secure, locked doors. On-site attendant Mon-Fri during the day. Everything you need is in walking distance. Literally about 100 restaurants within a 6 block radius.

Great apartment in Mexico City

I loved the apartment! Safe area near US Embassy. Lots of restaurants around. Very well located near 'Angel de la Independencia'. Easy access to public transportation. Very clean and spacious. Washer and dryer a plus. Easy check-in and excellent communication with administrator, Marco. Jennifer and Maria gave me excellent recommendations about restaurants and what to visit in the city. There is a bus station one block away for travel to nearby cities. Thank you, ladies. I would definitely return to this apartment.

Urban hikes in Mexico City!!!!

The apartment looked just like the photos…even better. Great attention to details and choice art work. We had everything we could possibly need for short term. The location is the best for visiting museums and the historic center. We walked over 7 miles daily as the weather was great and the streets are so full of characters, music, food!!! Maria had given us very detailed descriptions of museums, architecture and of course restaurants. This saved us so much time trying to figure things out on our own. We had marvelous dinners, and great experiences in all the museums we visited. Museums in Mexico are so world class and not to be missed. When we return to Mexico City we would chose this apartment again…thank you Maria and Jennifer

Our December trip

Property just as described & well appointed. Great location for exploring & getting around on foot BUT, it’s right adjacent to a bar - every single night there were extremely loud parties / karaoke- made it hard to fall asleep. Maybe bc of it being December & Xmas parties? Not sure, but it was every night. Also, I didn’t know there wouldn’t be any central heat - the night temps were in the low 40’s & im cold natured. There was one space heater fortunately & that worked out. Communication with Maria was super easy ! Thank you !!

Clean and Secure. Close to Reforma Ave and Chapultepec Park

We made a last minute reservation while on vacation throughout Mexico. We stopped in Mexico City for the first time this weekend and reserved this property a day before. The hosts were responsive and provided a great list of locations and restaurants to checkout. For our stay, we wanted something close to Roma and Chapultepec Park. This location is closer to the park than it is to Roma, so we spent the most time at the park experiencing the museums and markets. We loved it. One morning we walked to Roma for breakfast and lunch. We felt safe for the entire walk, but it’s a decent length.Within a block or two of the property there are great restaurants, multiple banks, and an OXXO. The convenient location comes with noise that quiets down around 11pm. We spent all of our time in the city so we did not use the kitchen space. Everything was clean and looked ready to use. Our only recommendation is upgrading the couch and bed. We slept just fine, but the beds are firmer than we are used to. Easy uber to/from the Airport, easy Uber to Arena Coliseo (Luchadores), walking distance to Roma and Chapultepec Park. Cafe across the street had great coffee, Japanese restaurant next to Cafe had great Ramen and Tempura. El Mexicano Restaurant on the opposite corner of the property had amazing service and good food.

We don't have children or pets and we´re non-smokers (don't mind the smoke, as long as it is outdoors).

Mexico City was listed as the #1 place to visit in the New York Times Places to Visit in 2016¨ and our neighborhood was featured in this article, ¨getting to know the city means diving into its colonias. In the shadow of Paseo de la Reforma, the city’s grand boulevard, the Colonia Cuauhtémoc, beckons business travelers and tourists alike, with the new design-conscious and an increasing number of restaurants. ¨ Our apartment is surrounded by a large variety of restaurants, cafes, delis, boutiques, and an art house theater. The neighborhood is safe and the apartment has a live-in doorman. There is a gym, a yoga studio, a supermarket, several convenient stores, and a Mercado (farmer’s market) close by.

We LOVE the location of our place and so will you!
