Ocean Front Studio located in downtown Rehoboth Beach!
Enjoy views of the Ocean from this Ocean Front Studio located on the 7th floor. This unit offers a new 1 King bed and 1 Queen Sleeper sofa. There is no dividing wall between the living area and bedroom and there is also a regular coffeemaker. Kitchen and bath have been updated. Unit offers enhanced cable TV.
This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Linens & towels can be purchased at an additional cost. Linen package includes sheets, towels and beach towels for max. occupancy. Renters must supply their own paper products.
Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.
Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.
