Die Ferienwohnung war sehr abgewohnt und sollte dringend renoviert werden. Es regnete bei geschlossenem Fenster rein , Möbel fleckig , kein WLAN, Zimmertüren sehr abgenutzt, es roch nicht gut, Silberfischche , keine Möglichkeit das Fenster abzudunkeln, Badezimmer uralt.

SPO ist einfach toll. Allerdings sind die Preise in der Gastronomie grenzwertig hoch.Dies könnte sich in Zukunft bei den Gästezahlen negativ bemerkbar machen.Auch das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis der FeWos ist grenzwertig. Im speziellen was unsere Wohnung betrifft. Sehr abgenutzte Sistzmöbel. Kein WLan!!! Altes Bad (Dusche mit Vorhang - lief nicht ab). Balkon mit altem Fußboden. Eine Steckdose ging nur, wenn man das Licht anhatte! Nur ein Schlüssel. Also wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, haben uns mit der Wohnung arrangiert. Um aber die Gästezahlen in SPO zu halten, sollte an dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis gearbeitet werden, damit Urlaub für ihr Gästeklientel bezahlbar bleibt.

Der Check in (Service vom Ermittlungbüros, Schlüsselübergabe) funktionierte perfekt und reibungslos.Die Wohnung selbst war nicht dezidiert ausgeschildert. Am Haus standen vier verschiedene Nachnamen, die wir unserer Ferienwohnung nicht zuordnen konnten. Zum Glück trafen wir mit Mieter, die konnten uns weiterhelfen.Die Küchenausstattung war mittelmäßig, Geschirr für 2-4 Personen ausreichend vorhanden, aber Dinge wie große Salatsschüssel, Salat, Besteck, sinnvolle Sortierung, ausreichend Töpfe, Suppenkelle, Pfannenwender,… oder gar nicht vorhanden.
