Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Discover new places! Hiking, swimming, fishing, and exploring all within walking distance! River rafting right in town! Skiing , snowboarding, and sledding a short drive! Play games or put a puzzle together with your loved ones. Or sit outside around the fire pit table. I’ve included a map of the trails in the Welcome book. Almost an acre of fully fenced property. Peaceful and quiet! The sound of the river can be heard from the yard.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Take the garbage and recycling out. There is also a yard/food waste bin that you can place any tood scraps in.

This home is located in the Beautiful Big Bend Private Community, wrapped by the Skykomish River. There are 3 parks located in the community, which includes a children's playground, basketball court, merry go round, swings, and picnic tables. There are private beach access areas and hiking trails all within a few minutes walking distance.

What makes this property unique

This home is on almost an acre of fully fenced property with plenty of parking space and can accommodate larger groups. It features beautiful greenery, huckleberry, salmon berry bushes, and fruit trees. You can find blackberry bushes, and salmon berry bushes along the road and river. It is a short walk about 5-10 minutes to the river.
