This cosy, south-west-facing apartment is located on the ground floor of the “Kleiner Seehof” holiday complex in Kaiserbad Bansin on the island of Usedom. Your apartment is nestled between the Baltic Sea and Schloonsee. The beach, the sea, the promenade, and the lake are right on your doorstep and just a few steps away! In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, cocktail bars, and cafés. The island’s network of bike and hiking trails invites you to explore the coastline and the idyllic countryside.

Amenities
The non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi and an open-concept kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dining area. From the kitchen, you can see all the way to Schloonsee. The terrace is accessible from the kitchen and is equipped with patio furniture for 4 people and a parasol. From here, too, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of Schloonsee. The adjacent living area features a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, board games, and books. The separate bedroom has a double bed and a closet. The bathroom includes a sink, toilet, bathtub, towel warmer, makeup mirror, and hair dryer.

Special Features
Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are welcome here! The holiday complex features a sauna, which is open for your free use starting at 5:00 p.m. Additionally, coin-operated washing machines and dryers, an iron and ironing board, a clothes drying rack, and the Upstalsboom service office are available to you.

A parking space assigned to your apartment in the on-site underground garage—which features a double-parking system and height restriction—can be booked for an additional fee. Please carefully compare your car’s dimensions with the manufacturer’s specifications in the “Photo Gallery” on our website beforehand. Operating instructions for the double-parking system’s parking spaces can be found directly in the underground garage. Use of the parking spaces is at your own risk and responsibility. We would like to point out that charging electric cars using the building’s electrical system is prohibited. Please use public charging stations instead.

The sauna area at the Großer Seehof will be unavailable from 02.03.2026 until approximately the end of September 2026 due to renovation work.

The Seehof offers you a private sauna area, an lift, and coin-operated washing machines and dryers for shared use. The individual holiday apartments feature free Wi-Fi and either a balcony, a terrace, or a sea view. Your four-legged friend is also welcome in select apartments.

The sauna area at the Großer Seehof will be unavailable from 02.03.2026 through the end of September 2026 (tentatively) due to renovation work.
