This high-quality apartment is located on the northwest side of the building on the second floor. Wismar’s Old Harbour, one of the Hanseatic city’s most attractive spots, is right at your doorstep. This is the perfect base for exploring the city and its beautiful surroundings. Incidentally, the Old Harbour is also a very popular venue for events and festivals.
Wismar’s historic old town is only about a 10-minute walk away. Here you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, a vibrant selection of leisure activities and nightlife, as well as sights and day-trip destinations. The city on the Baltic Sea and its events—such as the Swedish Festivals or the Harbour Days—attract over 500.000 visitors annually. The island of Poel is perfect for long beach walks. Here, you can stroll along the coast for hours in any weather and let the wind blow through your hair.

The Amenities at
This bright and modern non-smoking apartment features underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, a stove with two glass-ceramic burners and an oven, a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and hand blender. The combined living and sleeping area features a comfortable double box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a 40-inch flat-screen TV, and a hi-fi system with a CD player. The apartment features a safe large enough for a laptop up to approximately 17 inches. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in rain shower, a sink, a toilet, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.

Our team warmly welcomes you at the front desk in the neighbouring Upstalsboom Krusespeicher. The Krusespeicher features a sauna area that is available to you, as guests of the holiday apartments, free of charge. The area spans two levels and includes two Finnish saunas, a bio sauna, and a relaxation room.
A public car park and a public car park (both for a fee) are located in the immediate vicinity. A washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment complex. A clothes drying rack is provided in your apartment. Lockable bicycle storage is available.

In addition, a bread roll service (for a fee) is available—simply order at the front desk and pick it up the next morning in the Krusespeicher’s Living Room. There you’ll also find vending machines for speciality coffees, breakfast items, and snacks.

The linens package per person per stay is included for you! It includes one hand towel, one bath towel, bed linens, and one shower mat per bathroom. Upon request, our on-site team will also be happy to provide additional sets of bed linens and hand towels for a fee.

The historic apartment building is located right next to the Upstalsboom Krusespeicher, which is also a historic landmark and has been lovingly renovated. This former grain silo, which houses 41 additional apartments, features a shared reception area and a sauna area that you can use free of charge. You’ll also find a lockable storage room for bicycles at the Krusespeicher, where they can be safely stored.
