The Upstalsboom 3-room holiday apartment in Building 1, unit kbds1-30, measures 55 square metres and features a balcony with a southern view of the countryside; it can accommodate up to 4 people plus a dog.

Location:
This south-facing apartment is located on the 2nd floor of Building 1, Staircase A, with a side view of the Kühlungsborn city forest and the complex’s courtyard.

Amenities
This non-smoking holiday apartment features a bedroom with a double bed (2 x 80 x 2.00 m), a children’s room with a bunk bed, a cosy living area with a TV, stereo system, and DVD player, an elegant bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as a hair dryer, and a lovely south-facing loggia.
The apartment offers free Wi-Fi and is stylishly furnished with wooden furniture. The interior is rounded out by a fully equipped open kitchen with a microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. An ironing board and iron are also available to you free of charge.
A cot can be set up in the children’s room for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request.
