Apartment complex Strandjuwel WE 220: modern 3-room apartment close to the beach

The modern, bright 3-room apartment 220 (approx. 37 m²), located on the 2nd floor of Building A (no lift) and close to the beach, offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The living/dining room, kitchen, and hallway feature light-colored tile flooring, while the two bedrooms and the bathroom/toilet have high-quality vinyl flooring with an elegant wood-grain finish.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 5 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The modern and uniquely designed living/dining room, spread over two levels, features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with chairs; and various built-in cabinets and shelves. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 5 m² balcony, which is partially covered, as well as to the sunny rooftop terrace (facing south and west) one level below, measuring approximately 10 m², which is equipped with patio furniture and sun loungers. Here you can sit back and relax while enjoying a wonderful view of the lively hustle and bustle on Strandstraße below, and in the evenings, you can quietly savour the balmy summer nights with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features 2 modern flat-screen TVs as well as a stereo system with DAB+ radio and an MP3 player. In addition, the apartment features free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions). A basic selection of games (board games, party games, and card games) as well as a selection of books is also provided.

The open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Upon request, we’d also be happy to provide you with a portable oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and inviting first bedroom with large floor-to-ceiling windows (French balcony) is furnished with a comfortable box-spring double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a wardrobe. In addition, there is another TV available here.

The separate and additional second bedroom also features large floor-to-ceiling windows (French balcony), a comfortable French double bed (140 cm x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a small table with a chair. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains or blinds.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a fifth person.

The bathroom features a shower with a clear glass shower enclosure, a sink with a vanity cabinet, and a heated towel rack. The toilet, sink, and vanity cabinet are located in a separate room.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the coat closet with a large wall mirror or in the spacious built-in closet in the apartment’s hallway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

A small children’s playground in the courtyard ensures that even the youngest guests won’t get bored.

As a special highlight, guests at the “Strandjuwel” apartment complex enjoy discounted access to the attractive “KÜBOMARE” wellness and leisure oasis with its seawater and sauna areas right on our doorstep (a 2-minute walk). In the seawater area, two large swimming pools await you at a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees; in the sauna area (with indoor and outdoor sections), you’ll find various saunas (including a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, cabin sauna, dry sauna, Kelo earth sauna, and log cabin sauna, as well as a steam bath), various relaxation areas, and much more. You can park your car for a fee in the parking space (No. 220) assigned to your apartment in the complex’s inner courtyard. You can also park your bicycles in the courtyard using the bike racks provided there. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—please refer to the price list for the modest additional fee.

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony or the rooftop terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 3 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 3 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night per person applies for the 4th and 5th person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
