    Nice little spot overall. Few little improvements that could be done - blackout curtains in the master and maybe some fans in bedrooms. Besides that it’s very close to everything, about 15 min from biltmore/downtown. Great for a small group getaway

    My friends and I spent the whole summer working at a summer camp and this house was the perfect way to end our time together before they went back to Australia and Florida. Plenty of space and rooms to accommodate the four of us and just all around everything that you need for a quiet getaway!

    The house was as it was pictured, but could use a repair/clean up. The rocking chair out front had a broken arm, dishwasher handle was broken, air hockey table did not seem to function, etc. Location was convenient and served our family’s needs. One bed was okay but the other two were very firm and pillows were very thin. Only after sleeping on the sheets did we realize almost all of them have stains. The carpet downstairs could definitely use a deep cleaning as well.

We were not aware of the damaged rocking chair arm prior to your stay, and our local team is currently looking into whether it can be repaired or needs to be replaced. For future guests, the air hockey table is confirmed to be in working order and simply needs to be plugged in before use. The mattresses are also newly purchased memory foam mattresses. We understand that mattress comfort is highly subjective and can vary based on individual preferences; however, after reviewing previous guest feedback, we have not received other concerns regarding the comfort of the beds. Regarding the linens, our housekeeping team inspected the sheets and found one set with a very small, minor stain. Fresh replacement linens were promptly brought to the home. Each bed is also equipped with four pillows, with additional pillows available in the closets for guests who prefer extra support. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience. We’re glad to hear that the location was convenient and worked well for your family.

    An excellent property for my family of six and a couple dogs. We really appreciate it the fenced in backyard and the spacious layout. My kids enjoyed the air hockey and darts in the basement. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.
