The Space:

Welcome to our charming floating house on the stunning Lake Cumberland! Enjoy direct access to a world of water activities from our prime location at Lake Cumberland Marina North. Upon arrival, you'll find ample parking and a secure, gated community with on-site security for your peace of mind. Additional amenities include a communal bathhouse with extra bathrooms and showers, plus convenient boat trailer parking. Launch your boat directly from the dock and park it right in front of your Floathouzz! Safety is a priority, with life jackets readily available in a patio box with a label on it. An outdoor tv right above the dining table in an outdoor box for your viewing needs. An outdoor lounging area with a firepit table and an outdoor grill/griddle. There is also a bug zapper to help keep them away while cooking/eating/lounging. Don't forget about the string lights at night to help set the mood!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the Floathouzz, the boat ramp, boat parking in front of Floathouzz along with bathhouse which contains extra bathrooms.



The Neighborhood:

This is a private on water Floating House community located near Lake Cumberland Marina off Alligator 1 Boat Ramp in Russell Springs KY. This is the first of it's kind and one of the only on water stays on Lake Cumberland with the most unique lake stay opportunity.



Getting Around:

You can go on the lake to get some food or drinks at the few local restaurants or you're about a 15-20 minute drive to plenty of stores/restaurants.



Other Things to Note:

1. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.

2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $2000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 12am - 8am. 3. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance if permitted. There is an extra one-time fee per pet per stay. The extra cleaning fee per pet is based on the number of nights of your stay: 1-2 nights: $100; 3-6 nights: $150; 7-29 nights: $250; 30+ nights: $300/mo.

4. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. You will be charged for stained or damaged sheet/towels

5. A lost, missing, or damaged key has a replacement cost of $250 each. If their is a lockout scenario, then there is a $100 lockout fee charged.

6. Late check-out at is $30/hr. Subject to approval and must be notified in advance.

7. Early check-in before 4pm is $30 per hour.

8. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items.

9. There is a $99 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests over the capacity on the listing.

10. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.

11. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve the delivered mail.

12. Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. Your reservation will be canceled with no refund if you use profanity or threaten any of our staff.

13. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.

14. There may be security cameras on the exterior of the property. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to the immediate termination of your stay with no refund.

15. By booking you agree to not hold us liable for any injuries, lost items, or accidents that happen at the property whether in the inside or outside areas.



Interaction with Guests:

We have some on site staff in the event you need anything. Security is around at night and can assist with golf cart rides if needed.
