Secure gated community with amenities for all! The perfect home base for snowbirds, outdoor adventurers, and relaxation seekers alike. Located just steps from the water, our home features a private pool, warm and inviting interiors. Whether you're here to soak up the sun, enjoy scenic golf courses, explore off-road trails, or try your luck at nearby casinos, this is the place to do it all.

With approximately 1800 sq feet of living space and split floor plan the home accommodates up 6 comfortably. Master suite with large walk-in shower and spacious closet for extended stays. Two guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the home with guest bathroom makes it a perfect stay for those wanting to stay with family or friends.

Visitor Policy

Our home comfortably accommodates up to 6 registered overnight guests.
We understand that you may wish to have family or friends visit during your stay. Day visitors are welcome; however, if you plan to have more than 4 visitors at any one time, please contact us in advance for approval.

At no time may there be more than 10 people on the property (including registered guests and visitors) without prior written approval from the host.

This policy helps us comply with our occupancy limits, maintain a safe environment around the pool and lake, and preserve the quiet enjoyment of our neighbors. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.

****Safety Notice: Our home is not suitable for children aged 2–12. There is an unfenced pool and direct access to a lake at the back of the property. These features pose significant safety risks for young children. Children must be supervised by an adult AT ALL TIMES when entering the backyard****


IMPORTANT: Spa heating is allowed and included with your stay — feel free to enjoy it!

However, pool heating is not included and must be pre-approved. If the pool heater is accidentally turned on, an additional fee will apply to cover energy costs. Please double-check settings when using the spa to avoid unintended pool heating.

PLEASE NOTE: NO RV/TRAILER PARKING ON THE PROPERTY OR VACANT LOTS ON EITHER SIDE OF THE PROPERTY, AND NO PARKING ON ROCKS ANYWHERE.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Dispose of all trash from bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and outside patio trash can in trash bin located at the side yard.
Gather used towels and place in laundry basket located in each bedroom closet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Host is very easy to communicate with, house was exactly as described. We really enjoyed the pool. We would definitely recommend it and hope to stay there again on our next visit.

Hi Maribel, We appreciate you pointing out the propane tank for the grill. We do keep a spare propane tank on the property for our guests, and we wish you had let us know during your stay so we could have directed you to it or assisted you right away. Unfortunately, the home required significantly more cleaning than expected after their stay. We found blood on the tile floors, food left on the stove, the floors required extensive cleaning, and several items were damaged, including a trash can, an alarm clock, and a burn mark on the dining table. While we appreciate their stay, we would encourage future hosts to communicate expectations clearly and inspect the property after checkout.
