Snowbirds welcome. Boaters dream. Three Bedroom, two bath. Swimming pool.

Boat Launch less then 5 minutes away. Now that the Avi Casino has opened their launch to the public for $25.00.

Great for families with friends. Boaters, Offroading, Tournaments, Golfers, Weekender's, RV's and Snowbirds.

Side note. Due to the rise in local utilities costs, we have had to create fees to counter the recent increase. In order to maintain an affordable experience per night for our guests. We are saddened by this. As our goal was always to provide a relaxing get away for anyone looking for a getaway retreat or an adventure.

We are in between Lake Havasu, Laughlin and Lake Mohave's Katherine Landing. Nestled along the Colorado river. Only 25 minute drive from Oatman.

Minutes away from the boat launches, grocery stores, Rotary Park and Avi Casino

The driveway may accommodate up to a 28 foot watercraft or RV.

Due to a recent increase in disrespectful and unreasonable guest behavior, we feel it’s necessary to clearly state the following:

This is not a hotel — this is our private home that we graciously open to guests. While we do our best to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience, we do not offer 24-hour maid service, concierge staff, or hotel-level amenities.

We are fully booked nearly year-round because of our excellent location and private pool — not because we run a luxury resort. If we were to operate this home like a hotel with full-time employees, the cost of your stay would be at least double.

We also cannot be expected to track or prevent every minor issue left behind by previous guests — such as forgotten clothing, misplaced items, or minor oversights like not willing to use an air matress. These are not emergencies. If you find something that needs attention, you must give us the courtesy and opportunity to resolve it before leaving negative feedback or reviews.

This is our home — not the Ritz. If you are looking for hotel-style perfection, instant service, or are unable to be respectful, patient, and kind, then this is not the right property for you.

For guests who value staying in a unique, lived-in home and are willing to treat it — and us — with respect, we are happy to host you and ensure you have a great stay.

Nice, clean, roomy house in a nice neighborhood. We booked for a little r&r and were not disappointed. In the evenings, the neighborhood quieted down and it was so calm and peaceful relaxing on the patio. The pool was nice to float around in (we brought our own floaties) .The house was very comfortable and we would nit hesitate to stay here again. Chad, the host, was super responsive and we appreciate him so much! Thank you!

Wonderful trip

Clean, relaxing, and about 20-25 minutes from the casinos. The owner was quick to answer questions when needed and the pool was refreshing. What more could you ask for?

Family Bonded Time

The house was clean, comfortable and convenient to everything. Chad is a most accommodating host! We chose this place as it was in a great spot for the family to have fun and centrally located to the river, Movies at the Avi and grocery shopping. My family and I had a wonderful time, and this spot will be a go to in the area.

Bright side air conditioning work fabulous and we had a place to stay. House need some TLC. Had to clean up at the being of stay. Needs a better cleaning service. Chad communication was great and he did his best on his part.

Highly Recommend

This place is great. I can’t say enough good about it and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and comfortable place to be able to relax at after some time on the river. This home has a very homey feel to it, as if you got to go stay at the home of a welcoming relative. It is very nice and clean inside with a super clean pool that is enjoyable to have some fun in. Chad was very nice to work with and he answered any questions I had and made my vacation very stress free.
