Set on a breathtaking shoreline with 180° water views, this property delivers gorgeous sunrises and sunsets across the property. Enjoy lake views in 3 of the 4 bedrooms as well as the kitchen. For dining, we have two farm-house tables inside and outside where you can enjoy meals with a lake view all day long. Our private cove on the east side of the property is undeveloped creating a private no wake paddling, fishing, and swimming experience. Lastly, our swimming dock offers a 3 ft shallow swimming area is perfect for kids and a deep water two-slip boat dock. Our night-time green lights attract fish and fishermen alike! This property also includes a Main House (4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms) and a Cottage (private entrance, 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom). We also have 3 docks (one that includes 2 boat slips), screened in porch with lakefront views, min steps to flat waterfront lawn with pergola (directly in front of house + shallow swim area), plus a customized lakefront greenhouse.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all lake games, floats, paddles, and kayak back into the side closets where you found them. All lake floats, kayaks must be pulled out of the water and set onshort.
Please clean up trash around the pergola, porches, docks and put in the outside green trash can.
Please set the thermostat to 78 when you vacate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No driving or parking trailers on the property. We don't have a boat launch. Do NOT use the yard for parking/turning around. Max cars allowed is 6.
Quiet hours are between 10PM - 8AM. If you are entertaining after 10PM, please go inside the house and shut the doors.
Please keep sliding glass doors closed to keep mosquitos out. The HVAC will cut off if the sliding doors are left open over 5 minutes.

The house itself was clean and well-equipped with towels , extras blankets, games, fishing poles. The location was beautiful with great views and outdoor living space. A couple of minor issues:• Parking instructions were not clearly explained in advance, which caused some confusion when we arrived.• The Wi-Fi was unreliable/slow, which was disappointing when we needed to work. Overall, I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Thank you for pointing this out. We have now addressed this in the Welcome Letter and House Manual. I have also purchased a wireless mesh system to expand wifi. We have had 5 guests with no complaints with 1 gig internet speed from Spectrum. While we should have explained the boat trailer parking situation, we were not notified you were bringing two boats and trailers. Nor were we notified you needed to park these trailers at the house. We have no boat launch and did not say we did, so we never imagined guests attempting to drive down a narrow driveway with no turn around before inspecting the parking situation. But we learned something and that's always a good thing. Thank you again for staying with us. Have a great Summer.
