Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung und netter Vermieter

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Bad Segeberg. Die Lage in der Stadt ist sehr gut. Kann ich weiterempfehlen.

Mitten in der Fußgängerzone

Tolle Lage. Mit 6 Mann gut bewohnbar. Leider sind alle Schränke , bis auf zwei schmale Schubladenschränke voll- Kleider oder Lebensmittel einzuräumen war beinahe unmöglich. So sah es bei so vielen Leuten immer unordentlich aus. Das Kinderzimmer wurde zudem als Abstellkammer genutzt- Putzgerätschaften, ein Babybett voller Bettwäsche und diverse Decken und Kissen, dazwischen noch Kinderspielzeug.. Und leider wurde uns die Wohnung nur oberflächlich gereinigt übergeben. Krümel, Staub, Glasflächen begrapscht, Dachfenster zeigten , geöffnet, ringsherum Dreck. Beim Wechseln eines Bettlakens fiel auf, dass die Matratze großflächig fleckig war- das trägt nicht wirklich zum Wohlbefinden bei. Das andere Doppelbett quietschte bei jeder Bewegung und mangels Stütze in adäquater Länge mittig unterm Bett, rollten beide Erwachsenen ständig in die Mitte- vernünftig schlafen nur mäßig möglich. Das Bad, unbebildert, ist klein aber zweckmäßig, der Duschvorhang länger nicht gewaschen worden und da das Waschbecken weder auf dem Schrank noch an der Wand fixiert ist, kam dahinter schwarzer ( undefinierter) Dreck zum Vorschein. Für unser Empfinden kein gutes Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis. Die Lage und der tolle Bäcker ums Eck sind hervorzuheben.

Nice Place in Bad Segeberg

Die Wohnung in bad Segeberg ist klasse. Mitten in der Fußgängerzone mit vielen Geschäften in der Nähe. Das Badezimmer ist leider nicht so schön. Es gab auch weder Toilettenpapier noch Küchenrollen, ansonsten war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Parken ist ein bisschen kompliziert. Bäcker direkt nebenan, der auch Sonntags schon um 4:30 Uhr morgens viel krach macht. Sollte man vorher wissen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der kleinen, aber sehr schönen Fussgängerzone. Sie ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Lediglich das Bad ist etwas klein, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Da es eine Dachgeschosswohnung ist, kann es bei heißen Temperaturen schonmal warm werden, aber auch damit kann man leben da man durch die vielen Fenster gut durchlüften kann. Wir können die Wohnung somit absolut weiterempfehlen

Die Wohnung war sauber, es war alles da, was man so braucht und die Lage für den Preis unschlagbar! Der Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert und sehr entgegenkommend. Wir haben uns superwohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder!
