Wir waren mit 3 Kindern da. Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. War sehr sauber. Bequemes Parken im Hinterhof. Sehr zentral gelegen.Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß am Billard oder Dart. War sehr gut ausgestattet. Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne, große Wohnung. Perfekt für eine größere Gruppe oder Familie. Ideal für unsere Kids, waren der Billardtisch und die anderen Unterhaltungsgeräte! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vor Ort. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und schnell zu erreichen, wenn man eine Frage hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und man hat einen eigenen Parkplatz im Hinterhof.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hallo David, schade, dass du die bislang mit Abstand schlechteste Bewertung für diese Ferienwohnung abgeben musstest und nicht einmal begründest, warum es "nur ok" war. Auch während deines Aufenthalts hast du nicht mit uns kommuniziert obwohl wir sogar per Nachricht gefragt haben, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Als Gastgeber freue ich mich über jeden Verbesserungsvorschlag und jede Kritik, da ich den Aufenthalt nur so für künftige Gäste besser gestalten kann. Und da wir grade bei Kritik sind: Für ein Wochenende habt ihr weitaus mehr Müll und Unordnung hinterlassen als Gäste üblicherweise in mehreren Wochen. Das ist beispielsweise ein Grund, warum du als Gast allerhöchstens "nur ok" warst. Bitte gestalte deine Kritik in Zukunft konstruktiver. Viele Grüße

Die Unterkunft an sich war nicht schlecht , aber die Betten müssen neu werden und im allgemein müsste etwas renoviert werden. Mit dem zweiten Bett im Schaufenster das muss man auch mögen da die Unterkunft anscheind mal eine Arztpraxis war. Für 2 Nächte war es ok aber für länger wäre es nix für uns gewesen .Aber der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und ist zu erreichen wenn man Fragen hat , man hat ein eigenden Parkplatz was ich sehr gut fand und die Unterkunft liegt nicht mal 2 geh Minuten von der Stadt weg was auch Mega gepunktet hat bei uns

Hallo Jessica, schade, dass du den Aufenthalt so negativ bewerten musstest. Wir sind stets bedacht unsere Gäste bestmöglich zu beherbergen. Teile uns daher bitte mit, wo und weshalb aus deiner Sicht Renovierungs-/Erneuerungsbedarf bestünde, da die Unterkunft vor wenigen Monaten erst umfangreich renoviert wurde und die Betten und Matratzen weniger als ein Jahr alt sind. Das Konzept, sowie die Lage der Unterkunft ist anhand der Inseratsbilder- und Texte ausführlich beschrieben. Dies im Nachhinein zu bemängeln ist äußerst bedauerlich, da wir mit dem Konzept bewusst Wohnraum schaffen, statt wegnehmen. Verbesserungsvorschläge dürfen auch immer gerne privat mitgeteilt werden, statt in Form einer negativen Bewertung. Wir wünschen dir dennoch alles Gute.
