Location
Our 2-room holiday rental is centrally located in the "Dorf" district. The nearest beach access is just 550 m away. Shops, restaurants, a bakery, and the weekly market are all within easy walking distance. You’ll find a laundromat about 1 km away on Dorfstraße.

Amenities
Completely renovated in 2020, this ground-floor apartment measures 38 square metres and can accommodate up to 3 people. The entrance is located on the side of the house. You’ll step into a tastefully furnished living-dining area with an open kitchen.
Take a seat on the sofa in front of the TV.
At the dining table, plan your day together over breakfast with fresh rolls from one of the nearby bakeries. The kitchen impresses with its extensive amenities—small but perfectly formed!
In the evening, you can unwind in the separate bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a closet. Another TV has been installed right there. If you need additional sleeping space, the sofa bed in the living area (160x200 cm) is available for this purpose. The modernised and brightly designed bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. It also features a heated towel rack. A small seating area for two people has been set up in front of the entrance.

Special Features
In our non-smoking apartment, we are happy to provide our guests with free Wi-Fi. A specially marked parking space is available next to the apartment for your car.

An initial set of bed linens and towels is required for this accommodation and is already included in the final price.

Es hat uns gut gefallen, Küche ist ausreichend groß. Gut wäre ein überdachter Platz für die Fahrräder, da es immer wieder mal geregnet hat. Das Wetter war in der Zeit durchwachsen von Wind bis zu herrlichem Sonnenschein und Wärme. Ferner wäre eine Waschmaschine nicht schlecht, was jedoch aus Platzgründen nur schwer möglich ist. Ansonsten liegt die Ferienwohnung sehr zentral. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Allerdings sind die Fugen und der Korb in der Dusche stark von Schimmel und Kalk betroffen. Sowohl die Fugen als auch der Korb müssen dringend erneuert werden. Da es im Bad kein Fenster gibt, sollte vielleicht eine stärkere Lüftung eingebaut werden. Die angegammelte Dusche passt überhaupt nicht zur insgesamt gepflegten Wohnung und trübt den Gesamteindruck deutlich. Auch der Eingangsbereich ist durch eine offensichtlich seit längerem unbewohnten Nachbarwohnung nicht sehr einladend. Die Dusche haben wir übrigens während des Aufenthalts gemeldet.
