The apartment was clean and well stocked with towels and an amazing view. The swimming pool and kitchen area was brilliant with a long table where we made and ate our own lunch most days. Handy for the beach and restaurants and easy to get taxis to explore further afield

Parfait

Location parfaite pour rayonner vers les environs et pour se reposer. Les chambres sont spacieuses confortables, l'espace extérieur est extrêmement cosy et agréable. La piscine chauffée à 26°C est un vrai atout en cette fin Avril. Nous avons eu la chance d'être les seuls locataires et de d'avoir eu un temps magnifique. Danko est une personne vraiment sympathique, il a été très disponible durant le séjour et nous a rapidement nous remplacé le frigo en panne. Je conseille cette location.

Bitte das Inserat und die Fotos auf die unterschiedlichen Wohnungen ausrichten

Im Objekt gibt es mehrere FeWo. Wir hatten ein 2-Zi Appartement im 1.OG gemietet. Für eine vierköpfige Familie an sich groß genug, nur leider ungünstig geschnitten. Die beiden großen SZ sind mit durch einen sehr kleinen zentralen Eingangs- und Küchenbereich miteinander verbunden, über den man auch in das TH gelangt. Sitzen zu viert ist in diesem Raum zwar möglich, setzt aber eine gewisse Leidensfähigkeit voraus. Einen zentralen Wohnbereich um etwas zu spielen o.ä. gibt es leider nicht. Die 2 Balkone gehen zum Meer hinaus, haben eine schöne Sicht und eignen sich gut zum essen (der Größere) helfen im Oktober dann auch nur bedingt aus der Not. Dies ging leider nicht aus dem Onlineinserat hervor, da es nur ein Inserat für alle Wohnungen im Haus gibt und die Fotos aus allen Wohnungen gemischt eingestellt wurden. Die meisten Fotos stammen aus der großen FeWo im DG, die da all das hatte, was wir dann vermissten... Eine zweites Problem war die Beheizung des Pools, die zunächst nicht funktionierte. Da im Inserat mit dem beheizten Pool geworben wurde und dies vorab auch per Mail vom Vermieter bestätigt wurde (Wassertemperatur 4-5°C über der Lufttemperatur), hatten wir bei max. 20° Lufttemp. im Oktober etwas Anderes erwartet, als die 18°C Wassertemperatur an den ersten 2 Tagen. Der Vermieter war sehr bemüht, das Problem abzustellen und die Wärmepumpe lief dann auch meist durch und schaffte es nach 3 Tagen dann in die erhofften Regionen (Sonntag Nachmittag angereist und ab Mittwoch war der Pool dann ohne Frostbeulen nutzbar). Die Wohnung an sich ist gut ausgestattet und der Vermieter kümmert sich rührend, so dass man Ihm auch gar nicht böse sein konnte. Aber unter den o.g. Umständen (Raumaufteilung) hätten wir die Wohnung sonst wohl gar nicht gebucht.

Wir hatten traumhafte Tage in der Villa Belvedere. Tolle Lage, wunderschöner Pool und schönes Appartment. Danko hatte tolle Tipps für uns. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Croatia 2019 Holiday

The Property is ideal for a quiet getaway but close to bustling Trogir and Split. Very clean and the new pool/chill out area is great. Our host Danko lives on the premises and is very helpful and constantly plied us with his wife's homemade cakes ( along with sherry and slivovic). The views from the apartment balcony are amazing and the beach is just a five minute walk away. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a mini kitchen by the pool with a lovely seating area. The town itself was quiet (In September) with just four restaurant's and four bars but its easy to pop on a water taxi to Trogir.The family that own the apartments also have a tour company that I can highly recommend

Toll für Familien, auch mit Hund

Eine sehr saubere, stil- und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit 2 Balkonen mit Meerblick. Wir sind mehr als gastfreundlich vom Vermieter empfangen worden und bekamen jederzeit nützliche Tipps und Informationen rund um die Ausflugsziele, Restaurants und Sehenswertes. Wir sind noch nie so gut versorgt worden in einer Ferienwohnung. Selbst Kuchen und Getränke waren bei unserer Ankunft im Kühlschrank. Unser Apartment war eines von 4 in der Villa Belvedere. Alle Bilder im Internet entsprachen voll uns ganz der Realität. Der Pool mit Meerblick und die dort gelegene Sommerküche war wirklich fantastisch, sauber und gut gepflegt. Es waren ausreichend viele Sonnenliegen und Schirme vorhanden. Oft hatten wir den Pool für uns alleine. Am Abend war der große Tisch am Pool auch immer mal wieder Treffpunkt für nette Gespräche mit anderen Urlaubern des Hauses zu denen sich dann gerne auch der Vermieter dazu gesellte. Alles in allem waren wir rundum super zufrieden. Wir hatten eine tolle Urlaubszeit.
