Other things to note:
The booking guest must be 25 years of age or older and is required to sign a rental agreement and the City of Big Bear Lake's "Good Neighbor Policy" as well as ID verification prior to check in.

Big Bear has some very important rules for all short term rentals. You must follow these rules or your stay will be canceled without refund and or a $350.00 fine will be charged for each occurrence:

1.) Do not exceed the stated occupancy limit: the max occupancy is (10) adults

2.) No parking on the street or yard and a maximum of (4) cars

3. Maximum dogs allowed (2)

4.) No amplified music 24/7

5.) Noisy outdoor activities and are prohibited from 10:00pm-8:00am.

6. If you do not disclose that you are bringing a pet, you will be charged a $250 fee

*No Parties! If you have more than the number of guests in your booking your stay will be cancelled immediately. The city takes this very seriously.

Violation of any of the following will be subject to a $350 fine and any additional fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.

**Please note: Big Bear is located in the mountains, where conditions can sometimes be unpredictable. While power or Wi-Fi outages are uncommon, they can occasionally affect the entire area due to weather or other natural factors. We always do our best to support our guests, but some situations are outside our control.

For compliance and safety purposes, exterior security cameras monitor guest count and driveway activity.

We supply sufficient trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other household essentials designed to last approximately 3-5 days. Should your stay extend beyond this period, we request that guests take on the responsibility of replenishing these items.
