Why they chose this property

Honestly my Clairemont neighborhood is the most convenient place to live in San Diego. We are literally 10-15 minutes from everything without the traffic other neighborhoods have to deal with. I have lived in many neighborhoods in San Diego over the years from La Jolla to Lakeside and all have some type of problems. But Clairemont has been perfect

What makes this property unique

Our outdoor living area. We love hanging outdoors. From BBQing to a midnight swim or steaming hot tub therapy. We have a super high privacy fence to make our outdoor space feel like a little private resort.
