Relax or enjoy an el-fresco meal up on the expansive roof deck dining table with seating for 6 , sofa seating, fire table and speaker system. In the living room, sit back and relax while watching a movie on the 65" TV or listen to your favorite movie, sports or music on the surround sound entertainment system.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-check all drawers, cabinets, bath vanities, closets, washer and dryer for clothing, personal items, etc.
- return any furnishings to where they were found upon arrival. - turn off all lights, appliances & HVAC units in each room - check the beach chairs/gear for any personal items.
- return both sets of keys to the lock box, scramble code. If there are any items in the house that need maintenance attention or are not working properly kindly let me know!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Host reserves the right to cancel reservations by providing full refunds at time of cancellation with a minimum of 30 days notice.
