Schöne Ferienwohnung

Der Aufenthalt gestaltete sich unkompliziert. Die Lage im 3. OG ist für Gäste mit Gehproblemen nicht zu empfehlen. Das parken in der Tiefgarage ist nur für kleinere PKW zu empfehlen. Ansonsten ein sehr schönes Objekt um seinen Urlaub zu genießen.

Gemütliche Wohnung in toller Lage. In der Wohnung sehr wenige Ablage- und Abstellmöglichkeiten. Wohnung wirkt etwas vernachlässigt: Steckdose am Bett funktioniert nicht, bunt zusammen gewürfelte Geschirrausstattung, kaputter Besteckeinsatz, undichter Wasserkocher. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist für einen Golf noch gerade passend- mit vielen Rangiererei! Der Fahrradkeller ist für E-Bikes nicht zu nutzen, da das Rad eine steile Treppe runtergetragen werden muss (Rampe ist vorhanden, aber nicht benutzbar, da zu steil!)

Schöne ruhige Lage

Wir haben einen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Die Lage ist optimal zum Strand. Die Wohnungen 17, 18 und 19 sind nur zu Fuss, über 60 Stufen erreichbar, was recht beschwerlich ist, vor allem wenn man Koffer tragen muss und auch Einkäufe hoch tragen muss. Wir würden k e i n e Wohnung mehr in der oberen Etage ohne Fahrstuhl buchen. Tiefgarage sehr sehr eng.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und es wurde uns alles genau erklärt. In dem Appartment findet man alles was man braucht. Sehr gemütlich und mit Balkon zum Wald sehr ruhig gelegen. Einzig der Tiefgaragen Stellplatz ist nichts für größere Autos. Mein Golf 6 hat dort gerade so rein gepasst. Wäre ärgerlich, wenn man mit einem SUV anreist und kein Stellplatz hat. In der Anzeige wurde nur auf eine Tiefgarage hin gewiesen. Aber das ist eine Kleinkgkeit. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
