Our country house "Zell am See" consists of three separate apartments.

The "Sauna" apartment is located on the ground floor, the "Kamin" apartment on the ground floor, and the "Panorama" apartment on the second floor. All apartments are tastefully furnished in a country house style.

The “Kamin” apartment, which accommodates up to 6 people, has a living area of approximately
90 square metres and features a balcony (accessible from the kitchen, dining room, and bedroom), a large terrace, and direct access to the garden. The terrace can be shared with guests staying in the “Panorama” apartment. During the winter months (November through the end of April), outdoor furniture is not available due to weather conditions!

It features one bedroom with a large double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a small bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), each sleeping 2 people.
The living room has a large, comfortable couch that can also be used as a sofa bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) for 2 additional people.

There is a bathroom with a toilet and shower, as well as a guest bathroom.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with two wonderful lounge chairs, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The alpine-style dining room is furnished with a charming electric fireplace and a large corner bench.

The “Kamin-Wohnung” apartment offers a charming alpine ambiance where you’ll feel right at home. Enjoy the fantastic view of the Hohe Tauern and the Pinzgau Mountains.

For summer holidaymakers, there are beautiful hiking and biking trails ranging from easy to challenging right in the immediate vicinity. There is also a beautifully landscaped swimming lake within walking distance. In addition, there are some very nice golf courses in the surrounding area.

For winter holidaymakers, the property’s prime location offers a wide range of options. Within a short drive—or via the ski bus or train—you can reach the ski lifts to the Kitzbühel Alps (near Hollersbach), as well as the ski resorts of Zell am See/Kaprun/Kitzsteinhorn and Saalbach-Hinterglemm/Leogang.
