Our country house "Zell am See" consists of three separate apartments.



The "Sauna" apartment is located on the ground floor, the "Kamin" apartment on the ground floor, and the "Panorama" apartment on the second floor. All apartments are tastefully furnished in a country house style.



The “Panorama” apartment, which accommodates up to 8 people, has a living area of approximately 90 square metres and features a balcony accessible from both bedrooms. The large terrace on the ground floor and the garden can be shared with guests staying in the “Kamin” apartment. During the winter months (November through the end of April), outdoor furniture is not available due to weather conditions!



This apartment features a large family room for 4 people and an additional bedroom for 2 people, each with its own bathroom featuring a toilet and shower. The living room has a large, comfortable couch that can be used as a sleeper sofa for 2 additional people. This room also offers direct access to a private bathroom with a toilet and shower.



A fully equipped kitchen with seating for up to 8 people is available.



The Panorama apartment offers a fantastic view of the Hohe Tauern and the Pinzgau Mountains.



For summer holidaymakers, there are wonderful hiking and biking trails ranging from easy to challenging right in the immediate vicinity. There is also a beautifully landscaped swimming lake within walking distance. In addition, there are several lovely golf courses in the surrounding area.



For winter holidaymakers, the property’s excellent location offers a wide range of options. Within a short drive—or via the ski bus or train—you can reach the ski lift access points to the Kitzbühel Alps (near Hollersbach), the Zell am See/Kaprun/Kitzsteinhorn ski areas, and the Saalbach-Hinterglemm/Leogang ski areas.
