Located in the well-known recreational and yacht marina “Marina Wendtorf,” the Scandinavian-style “Happinez” holiday home—a semi-detached house—offers a unique opportunity to spend a Baltic Sea holiday on the Kiel Fjord. Accommodating up to 4 people, the 68 m² holiday home features two bedrooms, a balcony, a furnished terrace with a large garden, and a hot tub, all spread over two floors.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One of them has two single beds pushed together (180x200 cm combined), and the other has two single beds (90x200 cm each). One of the bedrooms has a TV, and both have blackout curtains. Also located on the ground floor: the bathroom with comfortable underfloor heating, a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and whirlpool tub.

On the ground floor, you’ll find an open, light-filled living and dining area with an adjacent, fully equipped kitchen. The cosy living area offers ample seating, a 50-inch smart TV, a bioethanol fireplace, and access to the balcony. The air conditioning ensures a comfortable indoor climate at all times. The outdoor area features seating, a patio umbrella, sun loungers, and a charcoal grill.

The house also features a free parking space and a lockable bike shed. Whether it’s balmy summer evenings, stormy fall afternoons, or cool winter days, this semi-detached home impresses with its amenities and natural surroundings in every season. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the sea.

Throughout the house, you’ll have access to Wi-Fi via a fiber-optic connection with speeds of up to 300 Mbit/s.

The promenade right by the harbour invites you to linger with its wide variety of attractions.
The restaurant “Ahoi – Steffen Henssler” takes care of your dining needs, while the adjacent ice cream parlour offers delicious treats.
You’ll also find various small shops along the promenade, as well as numerous playgrounds for our younger guests.
A handy addition to your stay is the self-service mini-laundromat, where you can wash and dry your laundry on your own daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
