Überwältigender Ausblick

Sehr schönes Appartement in ruhiger Lage mit überwältigendem Meerblick. Moderne, funktionelle Ausstattung, allerdings nicht mehr ganz neu. Riesige, schattige Terrasse, möbliert mit Tisch und Sesseln, sowie 2 Liegebetten. Eigener Abgang zum Pool mit weiteren Liegemöglichkeiten samt Sonnenschirmen. Die Entfernung zum Orstzentrum von Monte Nai (Costa Rei) mit guten Restaurants und 2 Supermärkten beträgt mehr als 1 KM (gut 20 Minuten Fußweg). Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

Ein Traumaussicht

Geräumige Wohnung mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Bad etwas in den Jahren gekommen aber es gibt 2 ! Meer super nah. Mit dem Parkplatz am Hang war es etwas schwierig. Bettwäsche war nicht ganz sauber, wurde aber sofort ausgetauscht. Achtung Pool war Anfang April leider noch nicht nutzbar.
