Es ist eine sehr schön eingerichtete, gemütliche und saubere Ferienwohnung. Es ist eigentlich alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Das vorhandene WLAN war bei unserem Aufenthalt jedoch leider sehr schwach und kaum nutzbar. Die Klimaanlage war sehr gut, und wir haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Terrasse und Balkon mit schönem Blick aufs Meer. Der kurze Weg zum Pool und zum Meer ist super. Die Lage ist traumhaft und ruhig. Nette Vermieterin.

Wir waren 9 Tage bei Annamaria. Das Ampartement ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Annamaria wohnt nebenan und antwortet bei Bedarf in kürzester Zeit auf Anliegen und Fragen. Man hat von der Terrasse einen tollen Blick auf das Meer.Es hat alles, was man braucht. Vor allem auch Bettwäsche & ausreichend Handtücher. Es gibt einen Pool, der auch von anderen Bewohner:innen genutzt wird und es gibt sogar eine Bademeisterin. Der Pool hat jeden Tag außer montags geöffnet. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Es gibt WLAN, welches aber bei der Nutzung von 4 Personen sehr langsam war. Wenn man abends Filme oder Serien schauen möchte, empfehle ich diese vor dem Urlaub schon herunterzuladen, aber für den alltäglichen Gebrauch ist es völlig ausreichend. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Fantastisch verblijf in Villasimius

We hebben enorm genoten van het huis en de omgeving. Gastvrij ontvangst door Marianna! Alle voorzieningen aanwezig voor een heerlijk verblijf. Op loopafstand van de zee en vlakbij de mooie stranden en leuke plaatsen ( met auto). Prachtig uitzicht vanaf terras. Aan te bevelen!!

erholsamer Urlaub in einer tollen Wohnung

Marianna und ihre Mutter waren sehr feundliche diskrete Vermieter. Die sehr gepflegte und liebevoll ein gerichtete Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und besonders vom Schlafzimmer aus auf die Bucht ist fantastisch Die Appartmentanlage mit dem großen Pool und dem schönen Garten ist sehr schön gelegen. Es sindnur ca. 250 m bis zum Strand. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen war für die Kinder, dass die in der Anzeige extra aufgeführte WLan Verbindung mit Internet nicht da war. Ansonsten hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub, zu der diese schöne Wohnung mit ihren Annehmlichkeiten beigetragen hat.

Ho soggiornato a casa di Marianna con mio marito e i miei due figli per tre settimane. La casa è veramente deliziosa: spaziosa, pulita, curatissima, dotata di tutto quanto il necessario e in ottima posizione. Segnalo in particolare la presenza di aria condizionata praticamente ovunque, di zanzariere, di un ampio frigorifero e di due boiler a servizio di ciascuno dei due bagni entrambi finestrati (tutti servizi non comuni nelle case in affitto di questa zona). La villetta si trova in un "condominio" molto tranquillo e molto curato: i giardini sono perfetti e la piscina comune molto ampia e ben tenuta. Come dicevo la casa è veramente bella e molto curata: il colore dominante è ovviamente il celeste, la zona giorno e la cucina sono piccoline ma adeguate mentre le tre camere ed i bagni sono spaziosi. La vista dalla camera matrimoniale, dotata di balcone è bellissima. La veranda è spaziosa e dotata di tavolo e sedie, poltroncine e sedie sdraio. Di pertinenza della casa casa ci sono poi un cortile nel quale c'è una doccia esterna e un grande patio coperto nel quale c'è il barbecue e un piano di lavoro per cucinare eventualmente all'aperto. La casa è ben fornita sia per quanto riguarda la biancheria che per quanto riguarda arnesi e suppellettili da cucina (peraltro in ottime condizioni). Marianna è una padrona di casa gentile, discreta e molto disponibile. Insomma il giudizio è assolutamente positivo e la casa consigliatissima. Grazie Marianna di tutto a lei ed alla sua mamma! Molto molto positiva

Villasimius, Casa Vacanza 1792121 villette in residence con piscina a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di campulongu - Unità 3503873 Casa Celeste. Ho soggiornato in questa villetta per due settimane con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati molto bene: la casa è un gioiellino, arredata con gusto e molto pulita, con un bel patio affacciato al giardino con vista mare che abbiamo sfruttato moltissimo, sia per i pasti che per i riposini pomeridiani. Le stanze dei bimbi sono ampie e fresche, tant'è che non abbiamo mai dovuto accendere l'aria condizionata, mentre più calda (essendo al piano superiore) è la stanza matrimoniale, ma anch'essa è dotata di uno split per l'aria condizionata quindi non abbiamo mai patito il caldo. I due bagni sono grandi e entrambi finestrati e dotati di doccia. La cucina è minuscola eppure dotata di ogni utensile, dallo spremiaglio al microonde, e l'abbiamo usata moltissimo. C'è anche un bel patio parzialmente coperto per stendere il bucato o fare il barbeque. Il complesso è grazioso, immerso nel verde, tranquillo e dotato di una piacevole piscina comune. Alla spiaggia di Campulongu si accede con una breve passeggiata, mentre per andare a Villasimius è necessaria l'auto. Marianna e sua mamma sono state gentilissime nell'accoglienza e estremamente discrete durante la nostra permanenza. Un soggiorno che consiglio!
