Great week in beautiful surrounding

The house was perfect for our week in Croatia, great view from the terrace, large rooms and a nice bbq spot. The communication with the facility manager was quick, uncomplicated, always friendly and polite

Für den Check-in hat Marino sich viel Zeit genommen um uns alles notwendige zu zeigen. In der Küche war alles notwendige vorhanden, das Grillbesteck für den Außengrill habe wir leider vermisst. Das haben wir uns dann bei der Plodine besorgt. Der Pool ist "SUPER", abends sogar beleuchtet. Leider nicht beheizt, war manchmal etwas kühl. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist "MEGA" hier haben wir sehr gerne gefrühstückt und Abends den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Leider gab es keine Beschattung auf der Dachterrasse, zum Glück hatten wir einen Sonnenschirm mit, den wir hier nutzen konnten.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Leider einige Kritikpunkte - sehr schlechte Zufahrtstrasse - in der Nähe vom Haus - Sperrmüll und Abfall - Nachteil: vom Haus kann man nicht direkt in den Garten gehen

Leider nur 4 Tage

Leider mussten wir nach 4 Tagen das schöne Ferienhaus wieder verlassen und nach Hause fahren. Zu Hause hatten wir nach einem Starkregen an Haus, Hof und 2 Autos Hochwasserschäden!

Sauberes Haus mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Wir durften 1 Woche bei Marino zu Gast sein. Es ist ein wunderschönes, gemütliches vor allem sauberes Ferienhaus mit einem tollen Pool und mit wunderbarer Aussicht vom Balkon. Küche, Bad und alle anderen Räume sauber und gut ausgestattet. Marino hielt sogar kalte Getränke für uns bereit bei Ankunft. Wir können dieses Haus und den Gastgeber vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen. Traumhafte Poolanlage

Wir hatten tolle 13 Tage in dem Ferienhaus. Besonders die Sauberkeit ist hier hervorzuheben. Es war alles sauber, frisch gewaschen und auch die komplette Küche war in einem top sauberen Zustand. Das Highlight, wie schon oft hier beschrieben, ist natürlich die Poolanlage mit Grill und überdachter Zitzecke. Der Weg nach Rabac/Labin dauert 15-20 Minuten. Also zum Einkaufen, Essengehen oder Strand, absolut hinnehmbar. Einzig was uns überrascht hatte war, dass das Haus nicht uns allein gehörte. Es ist in zwei Wohneinheiten geteilt. Man sieht die Mitbewohner aber nicht, auch nicht in der Außenanlage. D.h. die beiden Pools sind getrennt, wie auch der Garten. Die beiden Einheiten haben auch getrennten Eingänge und Parkplätze. Da wir ein kleines Baby mithatten, für die Nachbarn nicht ganz so angenehm. Wir kommen auf jedenfall gerne wieder.

Schöne und ruhige Lage

Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Ort oberhalb von Rabac. Der Meerblick vom großzügig angelegten Balkon aus ist wirklich wunderschön. Im Ort selbst ist es sehr ruhig aber Rabac und auch Labin sind schnell zu erreichen.

Schöner Urlaub

Garten und Pool super. Haus etwas dunkel. Und man kommt nicht direkt in den Garten. Nur über die ruhige Straße. Bissle umständlich aber ok. Super super Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer und die Bucht.

Tolle Unterkunft

Tolle Unterkunft mit traumhaften Ausblick. Der Weg dorthin ist etwas eng an manchen Stellen, ist halt eine alte kroatische Straße. Schöne Ausflüge nach Rijeka, Labin, Rabac und auch Rovinji möglich

ruhige Lage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt etwas abseits zu erreichen über eine enge und hügelige Pistenstraße. Teilweise ist die Straße in schlechtem Zustand und man muss sich stets mit dem Gegenverkehr arrangieren (ausweichen und stehen). Die Wohnung selbst liegt mit Meerblick so ziemlich am Ende der Hangsiedlung. Die Wohnung ist recht geräumig. Die Räume sind insgesamt eher etwas dunkel (recht kleine Fenster). Die Austattung ist in Ordnung (gemischtes Geschirr, kaum Aufhänger für irgendetwas). Gut sind die vielen Moskitonetze vor den Fenstern, sodass die Lüftung unproblematisch ist. Das Haus ist nicht mehr ganz neu, aber in gutem Zustand. Wenn das Wetter gut ist, verweilt man ohnehin weitgehend am Pool. Der ist das Highlight zusammen mit einer Grillstation und dem Olivenhain.

Schöner Urlaub

es war alles sehr schön, der Vermieter ist über Telefon immer erreichbar, falls notwendig. Haus mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, schönes Schwimmbad, wunderbare Terrasse auch für abends, sehr ruhig, da etwas abgelegen und schmale Straße, aber sehr rücksichtsvolle Einheimische, da man immer mal zurücksetzen muß. Es war ein wirklich rundum schöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank Herr Marino

Wunderschön

Schöner Meerblick aus dem Obergeschoß. Frühstücken am Pool war immer ein Träumchen. Abends Terrasse mit Meerblick, was will man mehr. Gastgeber Marino war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

Am grünen Rand der Welt

Großzügiger Garten mit Oliven und schönem Pool, Haus im kroatischen Stil, alles sehr sauber und freundlich. Vermieter unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Toller Blick aufs Meer, abgelegene ruhige Lage mit viel Natur drumherum. Fußweg zum Meer in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 1 Std Laufzeit). Sehr empfehlenswert!
