Schöner Urlaub in den Bergen

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt in Niederthai bei Familie Schmid. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wanderdorf Niederthai? Dann bitte nur hier...

Unser Aufenthalt bei Familie Schmid war für uns perfekt. Zugeben im Anfang musste man sich daran gewöhnen, dass man keinen eigenen Eingang nutzt, sondern vielmehr durch den Hauseingang der Familie in das eigene Reich kommt. Das mulmige Anfangsgefühl hatte sich aber ziemlich schnell erschlagen, weil die beiden Gastgeber und der Rest der Familie einem dieses Unbehagen umgehend nimmt. Die Wohnung ist tiptop gepflegt und man merkt, dass nicht nur das schöne Haus im allgemeinen sehr gepflegt ist, sondern eben auch die "Ferienwohnung" diese Pflege erhält. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und falls man mal einen Tipp benötigt, hat man direkt einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Ein absoluter Pluspunkt ist der Brötchenservice, den wir genießen durften. So fängt ein Urlaubstag perfekt an. Wir können nur Danke an Franz und Brigitte Schmid sagen und freuen uns jetzt schon darauf wiederzukommen. Nach Niederthai und hier dann auf jeden Fall wieder in das Alpenapart Schmid. Macht bitte genau so weiter.

Mooi appartement in Oostenrijks huis.

Fijn en zeer schoon appartement. In keuken en badkamer alle voorzieningen en benodogheden aanwezig. Broodjes service erg fijn, aangezien bakker en supermarkt op 10 minuten autorijden in het dal is. Brigitte is erg aardig en gastvrij, prima communicatie via app.

Entspannter Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung

Es war alles vorhanden, was man so in einem Ferienappartement braucht und noch viel mehr, woran man selbst nicht gedacht hat. Großes Plus: die täglichen Brötchen vor der Tür.

Prachtig appartement op een rustige plek

We hebben genoten van ons weekend weg. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door onze gastvrouw. Het appartement bleek erg ruim en schoon te zijn. Badkamer was ruim en modern. Slaapkamer was ruim met een heerlijk balkon met uitzicht over de bergen. Woongedeelte met keuken was wat aan de kleine kant, maar nog steeds ruim genoeg voor 2 personen. Ook de bank zat heerlijk! Keuken hebben we weinig gebruikt, maar was modern en voldoende ingericht.

Top Wohnung mit Charme und familiären Flair!

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und optimal für einen SkiUrlaub vor Ort in Niederthai bzw. in Sölden (und auch für eine Sommerurlaub sicherlich sehr zu empfehlen)! Das Badezimmer ist neu renoviert, die Küche super ausgestattet und der eigene, große Balkon sowie ein Parkplatz direkt am Haus machen das Gesamtpaket rund! Niederthai selbst hat auch einiges zu bieten und lädt vor allem zum Wandern und zum Skilanglauf ein. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und stand uns bei Fragen (Skibus, Restaurantauswahl etc.) immer zur Verfügung - wirklich klasse! Check-In und Check-Out haben super geklappt. Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt - wir kommen wieder!
