Apartment Wilhelmine is located in Villa Patricia, built in 1882, just a few minutes' walk from the Borkum Kleinbahn and Borkum's city centre. The Wilhelmine apartment is divided into a well-sized living and dining area, which is adjoined by the fully equipped, semi-open kitchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a large double bed and one with a smaller double bed (140cm). The extremely spacious shower room with a walk-in shower and floating bathroom elements are just as stylish and modern and offer you the best possible comfort on your holiday. Schöne Immobilie, gepflegt und zentral gelegen. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, stabiles WLAN, bequeme Betten mit eher festen Matratzen im großen, und einer sehr weichen im kleinen Schlafzimmer. Die defekten Nachttischlampen sind inzwischen erneuert worden. Wenige Mängel sind zu verbessern: In der Abstellkammer mit der Waschmaschine war das Licht defekt, die Balkontür an der Kücheseite ist sehr verzogen und kaum zu öffnen, sämtliche Küchenmesser könnten mal eine Schärfung oder einen Austausch vertragen, der Föhn im Bad ist defekt. Nach wenigen Tagen wurde das Türschloss am Eingang gewechselt, die Schlüssel der Unterkunft haben nicht mehr gepasst, so dass wir grundsätzlich den Hintereingang nehmen mussten, was zuletzt auch mit Umwegen verbunden war, da zuletzt das Haus wegen einer Fassadenrenovierung eingerüstet wurde. Bis zum späten Nachmittag wurde es somit auch durch Bohrgeräusche und Hämmern lauter als gewöhnlich, eine kleine Vorwarnung wäre schön gewesen. Sonst alles schön, wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder.

Die Whg haben wir sauber, ordentlich und mit einer ausreichenden Ausstattung in Empfang genommen. Das Haus ist ruhig und liegt in einer Toplage. Ein paar kleine Kritikpunkte: TV im Schlafzimmer wäre schön, WLAN ist nicht stabil und nicht ausreichend. Topfuntersetzer fehlen. Fazit: Wir würden jederzeit mit Neteler Apartments diese Whg, oder andere Objekte wieder buchen.

Guten Tag ! Wir haben uns bei Ihnen mal wieder sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben ein Gefühl von "nach Hause" kommen. Vielen Dank. Besonders angenehm ist u.a. der Parkplatz vor der Tür. Wünschenswert wäre noch ein Sonnenschirm für den Balkon. Lieben Gruß.

Hochwertige Ferienwohnung

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend, die Ausstattung hochwertig.Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Balkon, der leider aufgrund eines Taubenproblems de facto nicht nutzbar war. Außerdem gab es offenbar in der Hausverwaltung ein Kommunikationsproblem, was zur Folge hatte, dass unsere Ferienwohnung ohne unser Wissen betreten wurde. Der von uns kontaktierte Eigentümer war ebenfalls nicht informiert, hat sich um die Problemlösung sofort gekümmertDer Fußboden der Ferienwohnung muss besser aufbereitet - sorgfältig gewischt- werden.Die Sauberkeit des Hausflurs hat zu wünschen übrig gelassen.Positiv ist das Vorhandensein eines Aufzuges und der Sauna.

Tolles Appartement

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Appartement sehr genossen. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen, es ist alles zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Design und die Ausstattung des Appartements hat uns äußerst gefallen. Wir werden sicherlich noch einmal unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Wir haben uns im Apartement Wilhelmine wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist modern, sauber und sehr ansprechend, die Küche gut ausgestattet und die Möbel im Wohnbereich sind bequem. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig und sehr schön gestaltet. Die Fußbodenheizung schafft wohlige Wärme. Kleine Mängel, wie z.B, einige nicht funktionierende Glühbirnen, störten nicht, da die Gesamtbeleuchtung völlig ausreichend ist. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer sind etwas durchgelegen, während die Matratze im kleinen Zimmer sehr bequem ist. Einzig die nistenden Tauben in einer Nische unterhalb des Balkons empfanden wir störend. Die zentrale Lage der Ferienwohnung ist vorteilhaft. Schön ist auch, dass eine Sauna im Haus ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder und haben bereits gebucht.

Wir haben uns in den 14 Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und eine Mischung aus Landhausstil und Moderne, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Sie liegt schön zentral und man hat es nicht weit zum Bahnhof, Einkauf, Fußgängerzone etc. Wirklich toll fanden wir auch die Fußbodenheizung, die wirklich guten Betten, die schöne Loggia und das große Badezimmer. In der Wohnung findet sich - bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten - alles was einen gelungenen Urlaub ausmacht. Wir können aber nicht nur diese Wohnung sondern auch das komplette Team weiterempfehlen. Eine freundliche und wertschätzende Kommunikation und Transparenz von Anfang an (auch über WhatsApp). Wir würden an dieser Stelle sowohl die Wohnung als auch das gesamte Vermietungsteam uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
