"Heiners Eck - Haus Sylvia" is nestled away and tucked away among the greenery on a spacious, 3,000-square-meter, quiet corner lot in the beautiful Borby area.
Spread across three houses, we offer cosy holiday apartments ranging from 35 to 55 square metres for your relaxing holiday with up to 5 people.
Our property borders directly on woods and meadows through which the Lachsenbach stream flows—we have a view of nature, and deer and squirrels often come to visit us in our garden.
For our younger guests, we have a sandpit, a swing, and a rocking animal—and plenty of space to run around and play on our large lawn—safely fenced in and away from the street.
We also have a ping-pong table and a barbecue area, as well as several seating areas with chairs for relaxing and unwinding outdoors!
A 15-minute walk along the beautiful Borbyer Ufers will take you to city centre or the marina.
