This small apartment is located on the 5th floor of a nostalgic apartment building and can be reached by stairs or lift. An open hallway leads to the apartment.<br>The bright and inviting living, sleeping, and dining area, with its view of Eckernförde Bay, ensures a perfect start to your holiday. <br>The spacious balcony offers a magnificent view of the sea, the beach, and the harbour, and its sheltered location allows you to sunbathe in the warmth even on windy days. You can also enjoy a sundowner there in cosy warmth, thanks to a radiant heater.<br><br>Thanks to the new windows and doors, the apartment is extremely quiet despite its central location, ensuring nothing stands in the way of your relaxation.<br><br><br>A small kitchenette provides you with everything you need for cooking. At the dining table next to it, with a view of southern Eckernförde, you can enjoy your meals.<br><br>In the hallway, there is a large built-in closet with plenty of space to store suitcases and clothing.<br><br>The shower room has also been renovated and offers all the comfort you need.<br><br>On the 8th floor of the building, there are two rooftop terraces available for shared use, offering a 360° view of Eckernförde that makes for an unforgettable experience.<br><br><br>In the basement, you’ll find an underground parking space and a bike storage room. A washing machine and dryer are also available here for a fee.<br><br>You can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Eckernförde and the Baltic Sea from the typical 1960s building where our small holiday apartment is located.<br>The building at Rendsburger Straße 11–15 is one of the most famous landmarks in the small town of Eckernförde and is centrally located near all major attractions, such as the beach, city centre, and the train station. <br>From the outside, you’ll feel as though you’ve stepped back in time to the 1960s and 1970s; inside, you’ll find a very well-maintained and modern apartment complex with breathtaking 360° views of Eckernförde and the surrounding area from the rooftop terraces.<br><br>The holiday apartment is located on the 5th floor of the building and features a balcony facing southeast, allowing you to wake up to a unique sunrise.
