About this property
Ideal starting point for sea, city and country.
The historic gatehouse in our garden from 1912 has been carefully renovated and lovingly furnished by us since 2012. On the ground floor there is a hall with a cloakroom, the kitchen with dining area, the living room with a fireplace, a double sofa bed and a table for 6, TV and DVD, stereo, bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and large closet, as well as a bathroom with shower and washing machine renovated in winter 2016/17. In the large attic with a slope there is a large double bed in a rustic atmosphere. The house has a new central heating (2017). Outside there is a cozy covered south-west veranda and a private garden area on the back property with seating / fire place / barbecue. Here is also the parking space for cars.
