This quiet holiday rental—a 63-square-meter, Bavarian-style home designed for comfort—offers easy access to various holiday destinations. In just a few minutes, you can reach the shore of Lake Chiemsee with its boat dock. It’s just as easy to get to city centre Prien, where you’ll find shops, a train station (including ICE service), a bakery, a butcher shop, restaurants, a cinema, and medical clinics. A free parking space is available right outside the front door. The spacious lawn can be used as a sunbathing area. Bicycles can be stored in the underground garage. The on-site sauna is available to our guests for a fee (coin-operated). A linens package (bed linens and towels) is available for stays of 8 nights or more; dogs are permitted upon request (for a fee)!

The beautiful, spacious balcony, facing southwest and north with a side view of the Kampenwand mountain, is perfect for soaking up the sun. A private parking space is located directly in front of the entrance. The Chiemsee Bike Trail is 200 metres away.Bicycles can be parked in the underground garage. The Prienavera water park and beach areas are within walking distance. It’s about a 1-km walk to Lake Chiemsee and the boat dock. The town centre—with a cinema, the Prien train station, discount stores, and various restaurants—is also easily accessible on foot. You can reach various mountain hiking trails and alpine pastures in the surrounding area by bike or car.
