The approximately 32 m² large, modern one-room apartment has an open kitchen-living area with oiled solid wood floor. In the living area there is a 180cm x 200cm box spring bed and a sofa bed suitable for two people.

The apartment is suitable for wheelchair users. There are no annoying thresholds or partitions. A spacious bathroom with hose shower and overhead shower, as well as grab bars and bidet.

The house has four apartments, two one-room apartments and two larger two-room apartments that can accommodate up to 6 people.

All apartments have fully equipped kitchens, WiFi and TV and are suitable for families or groups as well as for business travellers.

In addition, all guests have access to a washing machine and dryer, which can be used for a fee.

Alles in Allem ganz ok

Bei der Ankunft hat uns ein extremer Essensgeruch empfangen, war nach ordentlichem Lüften dann auch weg. In der Beschreibung hat uns die Info zur Ausstattung etwas gefehlt. Der Herd war noch verschmutzt,bzw. eingebrannt, was aber bestimmt von den fehlenden Putzutensilien herrührt. Was uns tatsächlich beim Be-und Entladen des Autos gestört hat, wsr der fehlenden Parkplatz,der ansonsten aufgrund der hervorragenden Lage nicht nötig war.
