The place was clean, great location and comfortable. I would suggest purchasing new high quality towels and provide soap, shampoo in all bathrooms. The small shower is a little tough to shower in for most guys. Otherwise, a great place.

Better Place to Stay in the Summer

Property Manager was very nice and responsive, house was very clean and exactly as displayed online. For context - we stayed at the location between Christmas and New Years 2024.I dont believe the property gets rented out much during the off season (non-summer) as when we arrived we tried to run the hot water (it would heat up but not stay hot or warm for more than a minute) that we need to run it for a while to work the hot water through the system. It never really worked perfectly while we were there. Additionally, although not a problem in the summer I am sure, but house was very cold when arriving and the AC/heat units did not kick in very quickly. When they did kick in, we had to only run 3 rooms at a time as if we had it on in the entire house the breaker would trip every 5 minutes. We made due, and the property manager did bring someone out to look at the units and why the breaker was tripping, but they were unable to make any changes and the issue persisted. It was cool outside so we did not use the pool or patio. Everything was in driving distance - not much in walking distance.
