About this property

Modern apartment with panoramic views, pool, private beach, soccer pitch and tennis

The apartment is in the heart of the PARCO BELMONTE on a ridge. This gives you a free panoramic view over the lake to the Alps. The apartment has two balconies. The second balcony overlooks the private swimming pool and the sports facility.
Private beach with jetty 650 meters away.
Private parking space available.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2010 and additionally completely furnished with furniture and inventory.
There is a modern fitted kitchen in the living room. Equipped with a fridge / freezer, ceramic hob with two hobs, kettle, etc. In the living room there is a high quality sofa bed purchased in 2014 (lying area: 2 Bultex cold foam mattresses with slatted frames, each 0.90 mx 2.00 m).
Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with a flat screen, DVD, Bluetooth speaker with battery, Ipad + iPod dock and satellite reception
(ARD / ZDF / RTL / SAT / etc.) fitted.
There is a high-quality bunk bed in the children's room.
The bathroom is modern and equipped with a washing machine.
An extensive collection of travel literature and hiking maps for the region is available to guests. Furthermore, a variety of board games, books and sports equipment.
The tennis court can be booked for 5 euros / hour from the lifeguard.
Above the park - 200 m - is the Agriturismo "La Betulla" with typical regional dishes.

German complex

The place had a great view but no sun on the deck (early October). The bed was a disappointment since it was a pullout sofa with 2 separate (very hard) beds. We did not realize we had to bring our own sheets and towels. Marcus arranges that we could walk to a ladies house and pay quite a bit of money to rent sheets for 3 days. (We used our beach towels and scarves instead). All instructions were in German so the pages of information sent was unreadable to us. We asked for English instructions but none came. Also, there was no wifi which was disappointing. There is a DVD player but no dvds. Other than those things, the apt is modern and well decorated and clean (except the quilts had stains on them).

Aussicht

Günstige Wohnung aber alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist kaum zu schlagen und hat uns auch bei schlechtem Wetter die Tage verschönert.

Knuffige Wohnung mit Traumausblick in einer schönen Ferienanlage

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Zu dritt ausreichend Platz, der typische italienische Marmorboden versprüht einen besonderen Charme, die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet und der Balkon mit seiner traumhaften Aussicht auf den Lago lädt zum Verweilen ein. Aber auch der Eingangsbereich (Laubengang) mit dem beindruckenden Blick in die Berge und der Morgensonne kann nicht nur fürs Frühstück überzeugen. Erwähnenswert ist auch die sehr schöne Anlage mit der idyllischen Poolanlage, der Sport- und Spielmöglichkeiten und den netten Menschen vor Ort. Dazu noch der sehr nette Vermieter, der schnell und unkompliziert hilft, falls notwendig.

Urlaub am Lago Maggiore

Dieses war mal wieder ein schöner Urlaub am Lago Maggiore. Wie im jeden Jahr fehlte es an nichts. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ideal. Sie hat viel Stauraum und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Bademöglichkeiten sind mit Schwimmbad in der Anlage und privat Strand bestens. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Jede Menge Ausfugsziele schnell erreichbar. Was will man mehr? Nicht zuvergessen ist das fast immer schöne Wetter.

Wunderbare Aussicht!

Super Wohnung mit fantastischem Blick über den See. Der Strand ist sehr nett, die Poolanlage auch, im Hochsommer allerdings etwas wenig schattig. Das Ausziehsofa könnte eine dickere Matratze vertragen.

Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Het appartement is heel netjes en schoon met een prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Zeker een aanrader. + schoon + prachtig uitzicht + zwembad + keuken + locatie + verhuurder is flexibel, netjes, en goed bereikbaar - geen theedoeken of droogrek aanwezig voor de afwas - je bent gebonden aan een auto - slaapbank (maar hiervan waren wij op de hoogte)

Toller Blick vom Balkon

Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und können vor allem den tollen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore hervorheben. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber gut ausgestattet und war für uns völlig ausreichend, da wir viel unterwegs waren und hauptsächlich die tolle Aussicht vom Balkon genossen haben. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das Schlafsofa, das für uns leider nicht mit einem Bett vergleichbar war. Vor allem die harten Matratzen haben uns gestört.

Der traumhafte Blick alleine reichte nicht...

... um Erholung zu finden. Leider ist die Kommunikation bei FeWo-Direkt recht kompliziert, da auf die erhaltenen Mails keine direkten Antworten möglich sind und mir das nicht bewußt war. Somit gingen wichtige Info´s zwischen dem Gastgeber und mir verloren. Da in den Mails dennoch wichtige Bestandteile zur Unterkunft standen erschien mir der Blick in den Account zu dem Zeitpunkt unwichtig. Bei Ankunft hatte ich kein Wasser in der Unterkunft. Wo und wie der Schalter dafür zu betätigen ist stand leider nicht im Vertrag, der vorab nicht über einen Mailhinweis sondern im Account einzusehen war, was ich leider erst im Nachgang gesehen habe. Daß die Sonne erst um 18:30 Uhr am Balkon zu sehen ist und daß der zweite Balkon kein eigener Balkon, sondern die Rückseite des Flurs der Eingangstüren und daher von allen einzusehen ist, steht leider nicht in der Beschreibung. Der Pool war mit 14 Grad "beheizt" - auch das ist sicherlich subjektiv zu betrachten. Ohne Internet hatte ich ebenfalls meine Schwierigkeiten, die sicherlich nicht für jeden solche wären. Da es jedoch in der Beschreibung stand, hätte ich mir hier eine klarere Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gewünscht, der leider auf meine Anfragen und Mängel nicht mehr reagiert hat.

Tolles Lago Maggiore Panorama

Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an Sehenswürdigkeiten am Lago Maggiore und Umgebung. FeWo hatte einen traumhaften Blick auf den See. Schöne Pool- u. Spielanlage in der FeWo Anlage. Allein der Lärm aus der Steinschotteranlage in der Nachbarschaft stört die Entspannung.

Der Aufenthalt am Lago Maggiore ist ein sehr erholsames Erlebnis. Bei der Wohnung von Herrn Böcker handelt es sich um eine kleine Wohnung, die sehr gut eingerichtet ist. Sie bietet für zwei Personen genug Platz. Von der zentralen Lage der Wohnung hat man die Möglichkeit jede Menge der schönen Orte am Lago Maggiore zu erreichen und zu entdecken. Wirklich schön!

Von der Wohnung aus hat man wirklich einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf den See. Sie ist nicht allzu groß, bietet aber trotzdem guten Stauraum und ist gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zu 4. dort und es war vollkommen ausreichend. Der dazugehörige Pool und Spiel-/Sportplatz sind super. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Formidable séjour à Brezzo !

L'appartement de Markus est très confortable et propre. La terrasse avec vue sur le lac est surprenante et agréable à toute heure de la journée. Nous avons été heureux de profiter des moments de baignade dans la piscine. La région est magnifique ! Nous avons visité les îles en prenant une navette depuis Stresa. Nous avons pris le ferry pour visiter les villages de la côte piémontaise. Les petites plages côté Lombardie sont aussi très agréables. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !
