This apartment (90m2) is situated on the top floor (2nd floor) of a beautiful 19th century Liberty-style villa. It is surrounded by a large, mature garden full of trees and flowering shrubs. The location is very peaceful and tranquil and yet is is only a 5-minute walk to the lake and the many shops and restaurants of Pallanza. There is a supermarket nearby. The apartment was recently renovated and it is tastefully furnished and decorated. There is ample off-street parking within the grounds of the villa.

It is less just over an hour from Milan Malpensa Airport and about 100 km from Milan itself.

Free WiFi, air/conditioning and central heating.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds (can be made up as a double) and a large 1 3/4 bed. It can sleep up to 5 people (including a child). There are 2 bathrooms (one with washing machine) and one with bathtub and shower attachment. The separate kitchen is
Travel cot and high-chair available.large and well-equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 4-ring gas hob and oven and table and chairs. There is a large sitting room with a comfortable, generous sofa and SAT TV and a very charming seating area in the tower of the villa which is reached via a spiral staircase. From this tower you will have panoramic 360 degree views over Verbania and towards the surrounding mountains.

The house has its own private area of garden with table, chairs and sun loungers for dining and relaxing outside.

Eine Oase inmitten von Verbania! Großartige Wohnung in eindrucksvollem Haus, alles ist da, was man benötigt. Supermarkt und Café gleich nebenan. Parkplatz ist ein Plus! In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand oder aber am Lido. Daniela ist sehr hilfsbereit und versucht, alle Details bestmöglich zu erklären. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im schönen Pallanza sehr genossen.

Sfeervol appartement in Verbania

Het appartement ligt op de 3e verdieping (60 traptreden) en ongeveer 10 minuten lopen van het centrum van Pallanza, waar de nodige restaurants zijn. De eigenaresse, Daniela, is bij eventuele vragen goed bereikbaar en zeer behulpzaam. Zij spreekt Frans en Duits.

Charmante großzügige Wohnung in alter Villa

Die Wohnung liegt sehr praktisch in der Nähe von zwei Supermärkten und in zehn Minuten Laufweite zum Strand und vielen Lokalen am See, nahe einer Kreuzung, aber in grünem gepflegtem Garten. Man konnte gut durchlüften, wir brauchten die Klimaanlage praktisch nicht. Die Schlafzimmer (und z.T. Bäder) sind Unikate und liebevoll mit Bildern und Lampen ausgestattet. Dank der Lage im zweiten (hohen) Stock hat man eine tolle Aussicht und hört die nahen Straßen nur leicht. Wir haben den Platz genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
