Das Appartement befindet sich im dritten Stock einer sehr gepflegten Residenz. Vom Südbalkon überblicken Sie den Hafen von Golfe Juan, den naheliegenden Strand (plage du midi) bis hin zu Juan-les-Pins gefolgt vom Cap d'Antibes.

Die Wohneinheit umfasst ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa (2 Betten), Küche, Badezimmer, separate Toilette, einen Süd- und einen Nordbalkon. Ein reservierter Aussenparkplatz steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Dieser ist durch ein elektronisches Tor in der Einfahrt gesichert.
