Just a short walk from the historical center, where you’ll find a small grocery store, a restaurant, and a pizzeria, the apartment offers a blend of local charm and modern comfort. The panoramic terrace is the highlight of the apartment – the perfect place for breakfast surrounded by birdsong or peaceful evenings watching the sun set over the lake. The public swimming pool is only 200 meters away, and the center of Gardola, with more shops, bars, and restaurants, is just a few minutes away by car.
The apartment is on one level and is about 55 m² in size, suitable for 2–3 people. It includes a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a terrace with stunning lake views.
Amenities include: 4-burner stove with extractor hood, oven, German coffee machine, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.
Bed linen and towels are not provided and must be brought by the guests.
Free public parking is available just a few steps from the apartment.
For sports and nature lovers, the area offers countless possibilities: swimming pool, tennis, hiking, Nordic walking, mountain biking (bike rental at Tabaccheria Ferrero), water sports at the harbor of Tignale, and a golf course about 13 km away.
Upon arrival, guests receive both the Tignale Card and the Reboma Card, which offer many benefits: free shuttle service to and from the beach (April–October), free entrance to the public pool in Prabione (June–August), guided excursions, and discounts in restaurants, bars, and selected local shops.
