The apartment includes a parking space! Bicycles can be stored in the building’s basement.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the building’s basement (shared use for a fee).
Guests of the house have free access to a fitness room, an abdominal and back exercise machine
, as well as an exercise bike and a ping-pong table (guests must bring their own paddles).

Each apartment has a balcony facing the sea; the 2nd and 3rd floors offer direct views of the Baltic Sea, while the 1st floor overlooks the dike.

Each holiday apartment features a unique floor plan and amenities.
Equipped for 2, 3, or 4 people, with 40–45 m² of living space... each apartment comes with a free parking space.
A washing machine and dryer for shared use are available for a fee (coin-operated) in the building’s basement.
Bicycles can be stored in the building’s basement (accessible via a staircase).

Bed linens and towels can be reserved for an additional fee.
