Due to new construction on Haakestraße at the corner of Querstraße, there may be temporary disruptions caused by construction vehicles and noise through the end of 2023.

This tastefully furnished 3-room holiday apartment was renovated in the spring of 2021. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. Enjoy the side view of the Baltic Sea from the small south-facing balcony.

The hallway offers ample storage space for your jackets and shoes. The living and dining area is spacious and, thanks to the large windows, always bright and filled with natural light. Take a seat on the cosy sofa or one of the two comfortable armchairs and wind down your evenings in front of the TV. From the living area, you can step out onto the small, furnished south-facing balcony, which is perfect for relaxing. The modern kitchen with light-colored cabinet fronts is well-equipped with, for example, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a Senseo coffee maker. The apartment has two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and one with two separate single beds (each 90x190 cm). The Velux windows in both bedrooms can be comfortably darkened with electric blinds, ensuring you get your well-deserved sleep while on holiday. The interior bathroom, with its light-colored tiles, features a shower and even a heated towel rack. Wi-Fi is, of course, included. In addition, the shared garden is available for a lively game of badminton or socialising outdoors.

Your apartment includes an outdoor parking space across the street. A basement storage room provides space for the bicycles you bring with you. A shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a common room with a ping-pong table, are also available for your use.

Please note that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed here.
