“C A R P E D I E M” or “Seize the Day”<br><br> “Carpe Diem” is a bright, stylish ground-floor holiday apartment for 4 people, furnished with great attention to detail, located in the immediate vicinity of the Zwillingsmühlen in a quiet area with East Frisian charm. The harbour, shopping, tea rooms, cafés, and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. <br><br>The non-smoking apartment (pets are not allowed) is fully tiled and features 1-meter-wide doors, as well as comfortable underfloor heating in the living area and bathroom. All rooms have fly screens and pleated blinds, and smoke detectors are installed throughout the apartment for your safety.<br><br>In the spacious living and dining area with its light-filled bay window, you’ll feel right at home at the dining table with six comfortable chairs—it has everything you could want. <br><br>A cosy sofa with two armchairs, a large TV, a music and radio system (with USB port), and a variety of books and games ensure relaxation and entertainment. <br><br>The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, waffle/sandwich maker, toaster, hand mixer, hand blender, electric kettle, egg cooker, kitchen scale, an East Frisian tea set, and a wide selection of cookware, baking dishes, plates, and glasses. And for all coffee lovers, there’s a Philips coffee maker, a French press, or a manual filter, as well as a separate milk frother.<br><br>There are two cosy bedrooms: one with a box-spring bed (2 x 0.90 x 2 m) and one with two single beds (0.90 x 2 m). The bedrooms are equipped with exterior roller shades and additional pleated blinds, offer ample storage space, and ensure your comfort.<br><br>The modern bathroom features a walk-in/accessible shower, toilet, a towel warmer (bathroom radiator), hair dryer, and bathroom stool.<br><br>The entryway features spacious closets and coat racks with plenty of storage space. A vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, iron, broom, Swiffer, dustpan, bucket, and much more are provided.<br><br>A fenced-in garden with two cosy terraces (facing south and west), a high-quality Kettler patio set, a large cantilever umbrella, a bench, a bistro table with two chairs, and a kettle grill invite you to enjoy a relaxing holiday. <br><br>The apartment also includes a garden shed where you can store your bicycles. Two bicycles are available there free of charge (subject to availability and without liability on our part).<br><br>Free Wi-Fi (on-site registration required)—we do not guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed.<br><br>A spacious parking space marked “Carpe Diem” is available for you right in front of the house.<br><br>This accommodation is available for rent during the Easter and fall breaks for stays of five nights or more, with no fixed check-in day.<br><br> “Carpe Diem” or “Seize the Day”...we want you to feel right at home and be able to relax during your holiday in Greetsiel (just like we do).<br><br>Guests who have already stayed in our holiday rental are thrilled and plan to return. We’re very pleased with the many positive comments in our guestbook...<br><br>The “Godewind,” “Kolibri,” and “Mühlenkieker” accommodation is located in the same building, should you need more space.<br><br>Due to construction work in the immediate vicinity, we unfortunately cannot rule out occasional noise disturbances.<br><br>You’re welcome to add a laundry package as an optional extra. This can be done during the booking process or at any time afterwards for a fee.
