Modern, new (July 2020), and sunny upper-floor apartment with a balcony, sleeping 4, in the heart of Greetsiel—close to city centre yet in a quiet location.

Here you’ll find everything a holidaymaker could wish for. The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which—with two single beds—is located in the converted attic. A smart TV is available there. The windows can be blacked out. The second bedroom, featuring a double bed and a wardrobe, is located on the ground floor and is equipped with electric exterior blinds. Fly screens are provided.

The modern and tastefully furnished built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Senseo coffee machine (by Bosch), electric kettle, coffee maker, and much more.

The living-dining area invites you to spend cosy hours on the comfortable corner sofa in front of the TV (Smart TV) or to enjoy delicious meals at the large dining table. Since May 2022, the living area has also been equipped with curtains and roller blinds for sun protection.

The entire living area features pleasant underfloor heating.

The modern bathroom has a walk-in corner shower, a hair dryer, and ample storage space. Additionally, the apartment has a separate guest bathroom.

The large balcony is furnished with 4 comfortable garden chairs, two small tables, and a parasol.

A washer-dryer is located in the storage room.

We provide free Wi-Fi (after on-site registration); however, we cannot guarantee unlimited availability or sufficient speed.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

There is a storage shed in front of the house where you can also store any bicycles you bring with you. A parking space for the apartment is located in front of the house.

Shopping (Edeka), a bakery, a swimming pool (Gesundheitsoase), restaurants, the harbour, and the town centre are just a few minutes’ walk away.

This accommodation is available for rent during the Easter and fall breaks for stays of five nights or more, with no fixed changeover day.

If you need more space, the “Dieklöper,” “Mühlenblick,” and “Sonne und Meer” accommodation is located in the same building.

The holiday rental is situated in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel, one of the most popular holiday destinations on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Centrally located yet quiet, the historic harbour with its crab fishing boats, the famous twin windmills, and charming cafés, restaurants, and small shops are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding dyke landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the holiday rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing holidays.
