A large, open living room with spacious kitchen island inviting dining table forms the heart of the apartment. From the comfortable seating area, you can look through floor-to-ceiling windows at the impressive namesakes of the apartment: the large and small Waxenstein dominate the mountain panorama imposingly, and behind them the Zugspitze also appears beckoning. Those who can turn away from the mountain view will also be thrilled by the large flat-screen TV, which provides entertainment here.

There's plenty of room to relax in the fresh air on the sunny balcony. Put your feet up and enjoy the gorgeous view.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard and has all the essential kitchen appliances, such as a refrigerator with freezer, stove and oven. A Nespresso coffee machine is also available.

A modern bathroom is equipped with ground-level shower and invites you to relax under the rain shower. Here you will also find a practical washer-dryer.
