Enginent: Cosy villa "Molines". In the resort 1.8 km from the centre of Calpe, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.3 km from the sea, 1.3 km from the beach. Private: property 604 m2, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, patio, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue, parking. Supermarket 650 m, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach "Playa del Arenal" 1.3 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, y Benidorm Palace (Benidorm). Hiking paths: Peñon de Ifach 2.2 km, Sierra de Olta 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise.
