Ocean view, pool and Spanish sun. What more could you want?

Our house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood of Ortembach (only small houses) on a hill, about 3 km from the town centre and beaches. Thanks to the hillside location of the 1000 m², fenced-in property, there is a beautiful view of the ocean. The apartment is on the ground floor. It has a large living room with satellite TV, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each and one bathroom with shower and WC. The spacious open terrace and the bordering garden with 8x4 m pool, both invite you to bathe in the Spanish sun. Sun beds and umbrella are naturally provided. There is a garage available for use. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Wir (2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder) hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem Ferienhaus im Juli 2025. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben alles genau so vorgefunden, wie es in der Anzeige beschrieben war.Der sehr gepflegte und tolle Pool ist natürlich eines der Highlights dieses Ferienhauses. Aber auch die Räumlichkeiten im Haus waren sauber und ordentlich. Der Garten und die überdachte Terrasse bietet Sonne und Schatten - je nach eigener Vorliebe.Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist super zentral - in nur 5 Autominuten ist man im Zentrum von Calpe mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und an der Strandpromenade.Der Vermieter, Herr Gödde, war bei Bedarf für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns im Vorfeld mit allen erforderlichen Informationen und Ausflugstips versorgt. Danke für diesen persönlichen Kontakt.Es gab nur ein Manko: Wir hätten besser anstatt einer Woche direkt zwei Wochen buchen sollen - denn auch in der Umgebung von Calpe gibt es viel zu entdecken. :-)Wir können das Ferienhaus und seinen Vermieter sehr gerne weiterempfehlen!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Calpe (Costa Blanca)

Wir (Familie mit 2 jugendlichen Kindern) haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus genießen können. Der Blick auf den Berg Penyal d´lfac (Wahrzeichen am Strand von Calpe), egal zu welcher Tageszeit, ist atemberaubend. Man sitzt auf der Terrasse oder schwimmt im Pool und hat diesen tollen Blick vor Augen. Die Buchung und der Kontakt zum Vermieter waren komplikationslos und super entspannt. Herr Gödde war für Fragen immer erreichbar und konnte uns gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt geben. Vom Vermieter erhielten wir eine Wegbeschreibung. Die Ausstattung der Immobilie entspricht der Beschreibung. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, kann das Fahrzeug sicher auf dem Grundstück parken. Im Haus liegt ein Hefter mit Beschreibungen für Anreise-und Abreiseinformationen, der Funktion von Geräten/ der Haustechnik, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurantvorschlägen bereit. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen, maximal 5 Gehminuten entfernt, bietet ein gutes Angebot für den täglichen Bedarf. Mit dem Auto sind aber auch Lidl und Aldi in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Besuch der Umgebung von Calpe, insbesondere der Städte Altea, Moraira oder Morro de Toix und einiger Dörfer in den Bergen ist absolut empfehlenswert. Calpe selbst bietet neben verschiedenen gut besuchten Stränden eine schöne Altstadt und einige sehr gute Restaurants. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen. Vielen Dank.

Ein rundum schöner Urlaub

Wir haben das Haus für 3 Wochen gemietet. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Pool mit Blick aufs Meer ist traumhaft. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle in der Nähe und gut erreichbar. Zum Vermieter können wir auch durchweg nur positives sagen, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir möchten uns für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt in ihrem Hause und ihre Gastfreundschaft ganz herzlich Bedanken. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unterkunft 2023

Die Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Dieser Ort lädt zum entspannen in angenehmer Atmosphäre ein. Aussicht und Lage sind sehr gut. Gute Organisation und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Gerne immer wieder.

Heel goede vakantie gehad in Calp. Leuke ligging van het vakantiehuis. Goede communicatie met de eigenaar. Bij problemen, was hij direct beschikbaar. Groot zwembad in de tuin, mooi uitzicht ook op de Ifach. Plaats genoeg om de wagen te parkeren binnen de elektrische poort. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Une maison très bien située avec un cadre exceptionnel et proche de toutes les commodités à 2 mn en voiture ou 15 mn max à pied. (plage, restaurants, supermarchés). Une superbe piscine, des equipements largement suffisants pour passer un excellent séjour. Un propriétaire disponible avec une communication efficace. Top.

Excelente casa

Nuestra estancia ha sido muy agradable, la casa no le falta de nada, estaba muy limpia y bien cuidada, la piscina lo mismo, agua limpia y cuidada por personal, el trato con los propietarios inmejorable. Estuvimos 10 días y nos lo hemos pasado muy bien, sin duda si volvemos de vacaciones a Calpe será nuestra primera opción.

Schöner& Erholsamer Urlaub

Der Urlaub war sehr Erholsam, und man hat sich direkt wie Zuhause gefüllt. Die Sicht vom Pool aus war Atmeberaubend. Die Kommunikation mit dem bezitzer funktionierte einwandfrei. Alles war sehr Sauber! Wie empfehlen dieses Ferien Haus auf jeden Fall weiter!!

Perfect holidays / Vacaciones perfectas.

Encontramos la casa por la plataforma y fue todo un acierto. La casa es tal y como se ve. El casero, Stefan ,es una persona encantadora, que nos facilitó todo tipo de información, e incluso nos proporcionó todo lo que necesitamos para pasar unas estupendas vacaciones. La localización está bien, cercana en coche a varios supermercados y a las dos playas principales de Calpe. La piscina es fabulosa, las niñas disfrutaron muchísimo los chapuzones, y tiene todo el mobiliario necesario para la estancia. Recomendamos esta propiedad y es bastante probable que repitamos si volvemos a Calpe. We found the house on the platform and it was a success. The house is as it looks. The host, Stefan, is a charming person, who provided us with all kind of information, and even gave us everything we need to have a great vacation. The location is good, close by car to several supermarkets and the two main beaches of Calpe. The pool is fabulous, the girls really enjoyed the swims, and it has all the necessary furniture for the stay. We recommend this property and it is quite likely that we will repeat if we return to Calpe.

Toll war der Urlaub:)))

Die Villa war ausreichen für 4 Personen man hatte alles was man brauch , es war sehr sauber und der arten war ein Paradis zum Erholen und einfach mal abschalten . Es ist sehr zentral in wenigen Minuten ist man am strand und viele einkaufs Möglichkeiten gleich in der Nähe. Die Abwicklung mit Herr Gödde war alles Einwandfrei , ihm noch ein großes danke schön das alles super geklappt hat .Wir würde die Villa auf jeden fall wieder besuchen und weiter empfehlen Top :))))

Einfach traumhaft

Es war ein absoluter Traumurlaub für uns. Wir hatten eine tolle, superausgestattete und topgepflegte Ferienwohnung. Der Besitzer war bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und hat einem sofort weitergeholfen. Sehr netter und freundlicher Besitzer. Die Anlage war ebenfalls topgepflegt mit Aussicht auf den Ifach und das Meer. Unser absolutes Highlight war natürlich der Pool . Der feinsandige Strand von Calpe ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert mit einer schönen Promenade mit verschiedenen Restaurants. Ein rundum toller Urlaub.

Ich war schon einige Male in dieser Ferienwohnung. Einfach nur toll. Die Einrichtung+Pool ist spitze, die Lage ist spitze und der Erholungswert ist einfach traumhaft. Supernette Vermieter!!! Immer wieder gerne.

Frühling im Winter

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Calpe. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet und liegt sehr ruhig in einer gepflegten Urbanisation. Willkommensgruß vom Vermieter. Wunderschöner Garten mit tollem Ausblick. Perfekt zum Frühstück im Freien im Januar. Wir haben weder im Haus noch im Garten etwas vermisst. An alles wurde gedacht. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, reibungslose Buchung.

Echt schön hier

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man konnte die Ruhe am eigenen Pool genießen. Wenn man etwas mehr Action will, kann man an den Strand gehen oder in der Stadt in Bars oder Clubs feiern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr zu empfehlen !!!

Wir waren 9 Tage dort und es war sehr schön. Wer dem ganzen Trubel des Alltags entfliehen möchte und ganz für sich in einem Haus sein möchte, ist das der ideale Ort. Zum Strand und zur Innenstadt ist es nicht weit....zu Fuß nur 20 Min., mit dem Auto 5 Min. Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und es ist einfach traumhaft schön mit einem gigantischen Blick auf den Ifach. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

ganz toll

Wir haben hier einen tollen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Pool war sehr sauber. Das große Grundstück war gepflegt und die Kinder hatten viel Platz zum spielen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
