First off I want to say that Jessica was an excellent host and my group of four friends had a great time. The beds were comfortable which is important for those of us who are over 70. There is plenty of space to spread out and because the weather was perfect we even played trivia games on the patio. The refrigerator was a bit tricky about the way you had to close the door before the water would come out of the dispenser but we appreciated having the filtered water.

Leaking toilet that has been leaking for a while. Moldy odor coming from a room that was locked off hunting a cover up from the leak. Spider webs in corners of ceilings throughout the house. I emailed the host and she attempted to send someone out when we were available. We were gone most of the day due to the trip we were on. I have used VRBO many times in Ohio for this trip and this is by far the worst house we have stayed in. With the group we had it was a huge inconvenience for us to have a restroom shut down. Will not use this host again.
